Hidden inside an old building, lovely space.
Pros:

It's in this very old building so you have to be prepared for that. Instant coffee but otherwise I enjoyed it a lot. Had a big room with bathtub and the view was really nice.

Cons:

Location was a bit tricky.

Hôtel très bien situé , calme, excellent petit déjeuner sur la terrasse
Cons:

Un petit distributeur de boissons( eau,,limonata,bières) dans le salon commun serait le bienvenu.

Pleasant and comfortable stay in an historic building with friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

The beautiful old historic building, conveniently located to the old port, Ducale Palace and other sites we wanted to see, and only a 5-minute walk to our pasta & pesto making class. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast, which was not included with our room, was very good with many tasty hot & cold offerings.

Cons:

There were a couple of minor issues with our room (e.g., the heating rack didn’t work), but they absolutely did not detract from our stay.

Genova…. A beautiful city, Hotel Le Nuvole…… perfect to explore
Pros:

The location was brilliant, breakfast was delicious, filling & plentiful and the hostess and receptionist were helpful

Cons:

I did not like that we had to leave. If we had the time I would have stayed in Genova longer.

Pros:

Very nice and clean hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful rooms. I found the shared living spaces very comfortable and cozy-good place to settle down and have a drink in the evening.

Cons:

The area the hotel is located in did not feel very welcoming and safe during the evening and late night. We were robbed a few minutes away from the hotel on our way there. Obviously this is not a fault of the hotel, but bare in my mind when staying at the hotel. Though the hotel staff did try to help and resolve our issue by offering to call the police and assist with the language barrier.

Comfortable central location to stay in Genoa.
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. Location was central. Staff were lovely and helpful. I found the common area with tea and coffee really cute. Staff also helped us with booking a taxi.

Cons:

The AC was a little loud at times but it didn’t ruin the whole stay.
