Pros:

Es ist ein super nettes Team und die Damen an der Rezeption, vor allem Julia, waren sehr bemüht und höchst zuvorkommend.

Allerdings sind wir aufgrund einiger Punkte noch am selben Tag abgereist. Wir haben also das Zimmer bezogen und sind jedoch nicht geblieben.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz, sondern nur einen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Das Hotel kann auch nicht mit dem Taxi direkt angefahren werden, denn es liegt mitten in der Altstadt. In einer Gegend mit vielen kleinen Gassen, in denen es leider kriminell zugeht. So konnten wir aus unserem Zimmer heraus sowohl Drogendealer sehen und auch Prostitutuierte. Das Hotel weiss dies auch und rät von jenen Gassen ab.
Zudem mussten wir einige unserer Sachen im Auto lassen, da wir auf der Durchreise waren. Aufgrund dieses Umstandes waren wir letztendlich auch veranlasst, noch am gleichen Tag weiter zu reisen, da uns von mehreren Seiten gesagt wurde, dass wenn jemand die Sachen im Auto sieht, die Chance eines Diebstahls hoch sind. Kurzum: auch wenn der Service nett war, die Gegend ist leider zwielichtig und ein sicheres Parken des Autos, besonders mit Gepäck im Auto, waren nicht möglich. Die Rezeption des Hotels in einem anderen Gebäude als das Zimmer.

Ottima scelta in centro città
Pros:

Ottima struttura, posizionata in un punto strategico. Da lì si possono raggiungere sia le principali attrazioni del centro della città sia il porto e l'acquario. Lo staff è molto garbato e disponibile. L'unica nota "negativa" è stata un pò di polvere trovata sotto i letti. per il resto tutto perfetto. Consigliatissimo

Pros:

I liked the location and the charismatic feel because the building was old.

Cons:

I didnt like that I got charged 20 dollars extra on an already expensive room to not have to have my elder mother climbing steep stairs towards a foam mattress on a wooden floor.
The shower was broken. It would go from scalding hot to freezing cold and it would also turn off if you would flip it upside down.
The matress was old, I suspect made of cheap foam because it would sink sideways.

The location was central but also in molo so sometimes it could feel a bit intense.

I think the value for room is exarcebated.

Hidden inside an old building, lovely space.
Pros:

It's in this very old building so you have to be prepared for that. Instant coffee but otherwise I enjoyed it a lot. Had a big room with bathtub and the view was really nice.

Cons:

Location was a bit tricky.
