Really enjoy the stay.
Pros:

5 min walk to the Beach

Cons:

The hotel should clearly display the prices for sunbeds and umbrellas. There was no information about the cost anywhere, and nobody informed us during the booking process that they were not included and required an additional payment. It would be much better if guests were informed in advance to avoid confusion and unexpected charges.

Wir wollten aus dem tollen Zimmer nicht raus .
Pros:

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer bekommen, es war sehr sauber, die Betten waren bequem und es war gross und neu.
Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Das Abendessen was abwechslungsreich und hat super geschmeckt (wir fanden es besser als das Frühstück).
Der Strandabschnitt des Hotels ist auch schön und nicht allzu weit entfernt, zu Fuss schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

Der Pool bzw die ganze Poolanlage ist leider viel zu klein.

Wunderschöne Anlage, vermutlich mit Wohnungen von unterschiedlichem Renovationsstand
Pros:

-schöne Bauten mit italienischem Flair, wunderschön, gepflegte Anlage mit viel Grün, Blumen und Zitronenbäumen
-Poolbereich sehr einladend
-auch als Familie mit Kindern fühlt man sich sehr willkommen
-Sauberkeit der Wohnung
-gute Pfannen und genügend Teller
-traumhafter Strand zu Fuss gut erreichbar
-Personal sehr freundlich (ausser bei unserer Reklamation an der Reception)
-unglaublich toller Service und grosse Bemühungen mir einen wichtigen Gegenstand, vergessen im Zimmer, nachzusenden!!

Cons:

Wohnung mit Garten und 2 Schlafzimmern ist im Küchen-Wohnbereich/Nasszelle renovationsbedürftig (entspricht nicht den Fotos).
Nasszelle: sehr sauber, aber WC roch stark nach Urin, der Duschbereich/Waschbecken (Kabine/Armaturen) ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Fugen und die Decke alt und verfärbt.
Küche/Wohnzimmer: Möbel abgenutzt, alter Kochherd, sehr alter Kühlschrank, Türschloss der Terrassentür defekt

Reklamation (Kühlschrank/Terrassentürschloss defekt) wurde an der Reception nicht offen angenommen. Heute Abend könne nichts mehr organisiert werden. Unser Kühlschrank war gefüllt und wir wären um rasche Behandlung unseres Problems dankbar gewesen. Nach Insistieren gab man nach, es komme jemand in 10 Minuten. Nach 45 Minuten warten, war noch niemand da und wir sind zum Abendessen aufgebrochen. Möglicherweise ist noch jemand gekommen, denn der Kühlschrank funktionierte anschliessend wieder. Um das Türschloss hat sich nie jemand gekümmert.

Reservierter Strandabschnitt darf nur mit zusätzlichen Kosten durch mieten der Strandliegen genutzt werden. Restlicher Strand im Sommer durch Touristen stark überbelegt.

Pros:

Проживание было в номере делюкс с видом на сад, отель предоставляет в таких номерах шампунь, кондиционер для волос, молочко для тела, также есть фен с возможностью укладки диффузором. Если брать вариант питания полупансион, то каждый вечер вас ожидают самые вкусные и красиво сервированные ужины в тёплой уютной атмосфере. Весь персонал отеля делает всё, чтобы вы чувствовали себя как на отдыхе в самом дорогом отеле

Единственное чего нам не хватало в номере - утюг❤️

Pros:

Everything was perfect, beautiful rooms, close to a great beach (clear water, fine sand) not far from town if you want to go for a stroll. Breakfast and dinner were also very good. We would definetly come back here when im Villasimius.

Cons:

You should add more photos of the newly remodelled rooms :)

Tolles Hotel in guter Lage mit sehr nettem Personal
Pros:

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes, großes, modernes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Man ist fußläufig in 10 min am Strand und ca. gleich lange in die andere Richtung im Ortskern, der leider zu unserer Zeit etwas mit Meerespflanzen bedeckt war. Das Wasser war aber sehr sauber. Der Hotel-Pool ist nicht allzu groß, aber ideal wenn man den späten Nachmittag noch gemütlich am Wasser ausklingen lassen möchte. Leider kann man diesen in der Früh erst ab ca. 9:00 h benutzen, da sich der Frühstücksbereich unmittelbar daneben befindet.

Cons:

Nichts, wenn ich einen Wunsch frei hätte, würde ich mir einen Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad wünschen, aber das ist eine absolute Kleinigkeit.

Fantastiskt läge, vackert poolområde.
Pros:

Jättefint poolområde. Perfekt både för barn och och vuxna. Känslan är lyxig och läget är perfekt. Rummen behöver enklare uppdatering (bättre sängar och småsaker på toaletten) men stort och vältagligt. Vi hade en fantastiskt trädgårdsdel med utsikt över havet, så härlig känsla när man åt frukost.

Cons:

Toalettlocket var sönder så man åkte åt sidan när man satt på toaletten. Spisen gick inte att tända.

Väldigt dåligt städat. Städet var där en gång på fem dagar... Vi satte upp städlappen på dörren men ändå inget städ på över två dagar. Gick då till receptionen och bad om nya handdukar. De bar upp de på rummet men tog ej med dom gamla som låg i en hög på golvet... Fick sedan gå ner be om toalettpapper... Då fick jag det i handen. Kändes lite sådär gå genom restaurang och poolområde med. Fick inget städ med hänvisning vi sa till dagen innan avfärd (hade haft städ en gång i början på veckan, satte sedan upp lapp men ingen kom, sa till när vi tyckte det var nog, då ville de inte städa). Kändes väldigt konstigt.

Överlag var personalen trevlig men frånvarande och ointresserade.

Pros:

המיקום ממש נוח, קרוב לים וקרוב למרכז .
החדרים ממש יפים ( עברו שיפוץ לאחרונה) ולכן החדרים מהממים!!
הצוות היה מאוד מתחשב בכל בקשה וניסה לעזור בכל דרך

Cons:

המלון עצמו די ישן וקצת לא מצדיק את המחיר, הרבה דברים בסיסיים הם בתוספת תשלום למרות שכביכול צריכים להיות כלולים.
