Gran experiencia.
Pros:

Un lugar encantador. Como no estaba muy ocupado, nos dieron una habitación con la mejor de las vistas. Excelentes instalaciones, personal muy amable pese a la barrera de idioma.

Cons:

No puedo decir nada negativo de este hotel. Guardaremos un buen recuerdo de nuestra estancia.

Es war das zweite Mal, dass ich dort übernachtet habe und ich werde wiederkommen.
Pros:

Sehr nettes , Personal, sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem sehr nah an der Basilika. Ganz hervorragendes Restaurant. Das Essen war köstlich.

Cons:

Ich habe keine negative Erfahrung gemacht.

A truly deserving four-star hotel
Pros:

I honestly loved everything about this hotel. It truly deserves its four-star rating. The staff were wonderful, the location is perfect if you're visiting the Sanctuary, and the beds, pillows, and bedding were exceptionally comfortable. The shower was great, the room was spotless and very quiet, and the breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening, and the food was delicious, generously portioned, and offered great value for money.
