清掃に問題があるので改善して欲しい

エレベーターがレトロで不思議
屋上レストランが素敵
ホテル入口のスタッフが人懐っこくて可愛い

清掃ができていない
ベッドのシーツに毛が沢山付いていた
シャワールームは全く掃除してくれない
ちゃんと掃除して欲しくてチップを置いたのに、汚いままだった
お金だけ取られて損した気分
部屋に大きな蚊がいて、刺された

Tökéletes szállás hely, több napos városnézés esetén.
Pros:

A hotel kiváló helyen van. 2-3 perc sétára Eminönü központi része, a villamos és komp állomás, valamint a Galata híd. Érkezésünkkor, már 11 órakkor el tudtuk foglalni a szállást. A szoba tiszta, éppen akkora volt, amire szükségünk volt. A gazdaságos szoba két személy részére tökéletes. A reggeli bőséges, változatos, és finom. A látvány a teraszról pazar. A személyzet kedves, mindenki mosolyog.

Cons:

Apró negatívum, hogy a fürdőszoba nagyon pici, de második nap után már rutinosan használható :-) Engem nem zavart.

Worst hotel I have ever been. It's a shame to call it Hotel.
Pros:

Nothing. We left the hotel after one night.

Cons:

The room what we got is really small and dirty. The shower cabin was so small, one normal person can not fit in.
The worst thing is: after we got back to the "hotel" we can't take a shower because there were no hot water. I tried it for 10 minutes but nothing.

Contents d'avoir trouvé cet hôtel, c'etait parfait.
Pros:

La vue est juste exceptionnelle et c'est le gros point d'attrait de cet hôtel. L'emplacement parfaite pour visiter Istanbul. Les agents d'accueil sont vraiment disponibles et très aimables avec des conseils intéressants. Le tarif est très attrayant et fait largement oublier les petits défauts.

Cons:

Le lit était deux lits jumeaux, mais les matelas non plats, du coup vous glissez dans le trou du milieu sans arrêts. La couette a à peine la taille du lit, donc quand un se couvre, l'autre est découvert... La chambre n'est pas très grande et la douche un peu bancale, mais avec la différence du prix de la nuit par rapport aux autres hôtels, c'est largement acceptable!

Personal super freundlich. Ausblick vom Bett direkt auf die Moschee "Yeni Cami" Istanbul direkt vor den Füßen.

Cons:

Teppichboden finde ich schwierig. Wir hatten das kleinste Zimmer. Leider kein Platz für Koffer. Auch nicht im Schrank. Bäder benötigen dringend eine Komplettsanierung.
