Plenty of parking spaces. Location was excellent, minutes from the town centre & pier. Very comfortable room. Excellent breakfast choices. Great staff. Overall, we had an excellent short stay. many thanks.
Home made baked beans.
Breakfast was quite pleasant and adequate although we felt a little expensive, the garden was very pleasant to sit in before going for dinner.the property was quite amenable to my using a room for a zoom meeting before we left.
It was not very clear when we arrived, even though I emailed to say we would be after their cut off time for staff.that there was some one in the property to give us our key.The use of our phone number was helpful in letting us in but then there was no sign of our key or where our room was ? I understood there would be an envelope or similar on the desk but suddenly the proprietor appeared and said I should just ring the bell which was partially hidden by a notice and I was about to call them on my phone we were also hurried along to leave the room for cleaning. We didn't feel very welcome in a way,if you weren't quick with the free sherry it was cleared by 5-0pm although the bar was an honesty bar ??We were promised USB sockets in our room but we had trouble locating any!!
Die Lage und der private Parkplatz. Ebenso war trotz der Nähe zur Stadt die Lage nachts ruhig.
Great location, clean, quiet with parking, couldn’t ask for more.
We didn’t have breakfast but other people said how good it was.
Definitely recommend and we will be coming back 👍
Great location, fabulous decor and good entry system (security),
The check in felt rather abrupt because we had booked via Booking.com rather than direct with the hotel. The attitude of the staff member made the experience somewhat tense.
Very friendly staff and easy secure access to hotel via front door and off road parking.
Breakfast was very good.
Nice seating area in grounds.
Home made beans, no fried bread.
Unable to access shower over bath because of age and fear of slipping over.
Pretty nice hotel in lovely Cromer. The afternoon sherrry and seed cake in the lounge is a very nice touch. When you book you receive a brisk message that there is absolutely no room cleaning. I had booked a six night stay and got a bit fed up the room was not cleaned by Day 5 and negotiated a cleaning for that morning.
I understand that the hotel business is especially tough in England with the relentless business taxes, energy costs, staff costs etc. At the same time I nearly always reflect after a hotel stay in England that somehow hotels elsewhere in Europe provide a better service. The price-quality ratio is totally out of whack, but this I think lagely reflects socialist Government and general English inefficiency.
The garden and dining area
No fridge in the room and no air conditioning , breakfast was on the expensive side.
Location and car park availability. Good food and room very clean

Good location. Breakfast excellent. Decor very tasteful. Everywhere clean and tidy. Enjoyed the complimentary sherry and cake each afternoon. Host recommended where to eat in Cromer , the places that we tried were very good.
We found our mattress quite hard, but I know that’s down to personal preference.
Excellent.
