It was good. Minus the hot tub being closed Sunday
Pros:

The location, breakfast, pool/hot tub, gym.
My kids and I look for pools/hot tubs and the gym when we book places

Cons:

We did not like that the hot tub was closed Sunday. If we knew that before we booked we would’ve booked elsewhere

It was fine. Room was clean
Pros:

Location was great and hotel was very clean!!

Cons:

The staff were rude and were unhelpful or even looked up to acknowledge you were there. For what I paid I could expect even a hello

Parking is tight, and not alot of room for all the hotels in one area.

Good but okay for small family.

Cons:

There is no option for an in- suite kitchen and separate bedroom. We will not book the hotel for our next trip. My family is growing and we prefer to stay in together. In my next trip, we will book a hotel that offers such facility. Executive Residency by Best Western provided such option but they are not in Edmonton.
