Amazing experience

Our stay in this location was a fantastic experience. The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious enough that we never felt cramped. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated their signature pillow selection. I want to give a special shoutout to Tahira at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. To top it off, the complimentary Express Start breakfast was hot, fresh, and well-stocked. Highly recommend this location

Location was the best part

Cons:

We were given a room on the first floor which was not ideal. Then Sunday morning we were woken up with the most awful singing and loud music that was right next to our room. We were wondering if there was a concert happening next door. It was so loud that even our tv on blast couldn't mask the noise. I called the front desk wondering what the heck was happening. She said it was a church service that would continue for another 3 hours!!!! Then at 6:30 the next morning I woke up to the sound of a man throwing up violently right outside our room. There seems to be a lot of homeless people wondering around this area so likely one of them. I complained to the staff about what happened and was told no one else had complained. That is very poor customer service and we won't be staying here again.

It was good. Minus the hot tub being closed Sunday

The location, breakfast, pool/hot tub, gym.
My kids and I look for pools/hot tubs and the gym when we book places

We did not like that the hot tub was closed Sunday. If we knew that before we booked we would’ve booked elsewhere

Pros:

Stayed 1 night for a business trip. Comfortable room, great bed. I love that there are kitchenettes and a 24 hr espresso coffee machine in the vending room (no cost for coffee). Parking can be tough if you have an oversized vehicle due to parking lot being joined with 3 others. Quiet spot for a good night’s sleep.
