We arrived 4:30, and the room is not yet ready. We have to wait for 30 mins before we get our room considering it should be ready by 3pm.
And also, 2 incident of false alarm its very inconvenient.

Location is very confusing and I feel proper signage is needed. Its a same building with another hotel.. confusing for new comers

One FO on a long weekend, also isn’t good handling multiple check ins at once. Got in pretty late, messed up the room, had to come back to give another room since we booked a jet tub room. Not worth the money

Satifactory, and fun.
Pros:

This hotel's breakfast was very good with a variety of choices , hot and cold, with frequent refill of fresh assortments. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

Parking was an issue on that weekend, no room service on a two night stay, and the siute was a large room with an open concept with just a minni fridge and a microwave, could have used some more amenities since it was a weekend vacation with the grandkids,

Perfect Family Stay
Pros:

Everything about the stay was amazing. The service and staff alone are top notch. They are so attentive to the details, so the place is so clean and prepared for guests needs.
If I were to note any improvements, (and this is really just across so many hotels), it would be; changing the shower heads for better pressure, and upgrading TVs to allow smart capabilities… but again, did not change how much we loved our stay! Thanks!!
