A localização é boa.

Cons:

A Wi-Fi é muito ruim ,cobram o estacionamento fechado e temos que deixar o carro na rua e o café da manhã não varia as opções, é o mesmo todos os dias. Outro problema é que você tem que se esforçar muito para pegar a nota fiscal porque a rede Andrade não tem escritório no hotel. Antes da rede Andrade assumir a direção do hotel não tínhamos esses problemas citados.

Quarto grande e confortável.

Cons:

O quarto não possuía ducha higiênica e não colocavam mais papel higiênico o fornecimento de sabonete também só ocorreu 2 vezes.
Colocaram toalha de rosto só um dia.
Devido a quantidade de hóspedes (hotel estava cheio) a arrumação demorou a acontecer
Um dia ocorreu um baile funk na rua em frente a noite inteira que só acabou as 3 horas da manhã.
A localização não é tão perto do centro ou da área de alimentação da cidade.

This seems like a very typical Andrade Hotel where the object is to move as many people through as possible with a good basic program. If you're looking for wonderful over the top things, you're probably not going to find them here, but you will find a good basic hotel at a price that is better than other places. The breakfast was good, the staff all did well and were helpful, the pool was good, and the room was adequate. The cost/benefit ratio is good here, and if that is what you're looking for, this is a good place to stay!

Cons:

The location really isn't all that great as it's a little far from the historic downtown and the beaches on this side of Ilheus are contaminated most of the time, so not useful for swimming or beach activities. One of the two elevators quit working during my stay, but this was just a minor convenience.
