A lovely weekend stay relaxing and seeing London - Good Spa days
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, feels high quality for the price.
The staff are nice and accommodating., they let us check in early and gave us a free room upgrade which was great.
The Spa is quite nice along with infrared sauna.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit average, very heat lamp styled.
a little bit of Tidying up would make the place feels extra classy.

Great location. Check in could be much more streamlined
Pros:

Location. Nice enough room

Cons:

Check in took ages - when someone has travelled 24 hours from the other side of the world - all they want to do, is get a room key and crash. 10-15 minutes of staff scratching their heads, mightnt seem like a big deal to them, but to jetlagged travellers, it’s an eternity

Comfortable stay close to bars/restaurants of Shoreditch and brick lane.
Pros:

Large and well appointed room, great rooftop bar for summer, plenty to do in the surrounding area.

Cons:

Air conditioner did not cool the room well, restaurant/bar on the main level was very quiet so lacked atmosphere.

Grand stay at the Courthouse Hotel
Pros:

Good size room and very spacious bathroom with shower and bath. Tea, coffee and water and biscuits in the room. Cosy robes and slippers provided. We requested an iron which was brought up to the room with an ironing board. The staff at breakfast were friendly and the selection was great, both hot and cold options.

Fantastic location, good value, Friendly & helpful staff. Would stay again
Pros:

Location is great. Clean. Comfortable beds and nice linen. Roof top bar is great. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Small repairs required in the room, toilet flush panel falling off the wall. Shower didn’t drain (fixed when we raised this) Lift wasn’t working this morning. Towels taken after one night and only replaced with enough for 1 person rather than 2.

Great location, worked for us as a base
Pros:

Excellent location, spot on for what we needed, staff were helpful and property had everything we needed

Cons:

Was tired in places, shower was out of order in spa, bath in room did not hold water with plug in, very bad view of air con and weeds

Average and expensive!
Pros:

Location is great!

Cons:

Furniture in the rooms was tired and damaged. Stains on the carpet. Only had a curtain and no window mesh. There were residents directly opposite so the room privacy was not great.

Also the bathroom products were low quality…

Did the job, but wasn’t pleasant or worth the money.
Pros:

Convenient location.

Cons:

Room was filthy when I arrived. Wardrobe doors were covered in dried up liquid (almost like a soda exploded when opening). Shower drain was completely clogged. Carpets were stained. Previous guest hair was left in bathroom.
