La atención y en la descripción dice frente al mar y no es así - es mentira
La atención del personal al ingreso es excepcional, Laura fue extremadamente amable y nos orientó sobre los sitios para visitar en Santa Marta. Otro chico de la recepción fue muy atento con nosotros todo el tiempo.
Ya que salíamos temprano, nos dieron el desayuno para llevar. Pero, considero que pueden consultar qué fruta prefiere y la bebida (agua o jugos en caja).
Super limpio, muy cómodo y el desayuno delicioso
El trato del personal impecable desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con todo. La habitación muy limpia y el desayuno completo. Bonito rooftop para tomar algo al atardecer.

La zona de la piscina es fantástica y tuve la oportunidad de ser atendida por dos colaboradores excepcionales Paola y Junior.
Las paredes son en drywall entonces se escucha mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones

El hotel es espectacular, un desayuno tipo buffet todo lo que le quepa muy sabroso, las habitaciones son amplias y con buena seguridad y la ubicación muy estratégica para conocer varios lugares.
El horario de la piscina la cierran muy temprano.

Hay una zona alrededor del hotel que le quita atractivo donde se ven personas que no dan tranquilidad, pero no es directo en el hotel
