Great staff great service spacious room and gardens
Pros:

I liked the efficient room service for every meal or drink. I loved the garden and pools and spacious room

Cons:

It is located away from shops and restaurants, and is very close to the loud speaker of the adjacent mosque so morning prayers at 4.30 am were extremely loud in the room.

The bed was very comfortable

The lights (lamps) in the room

The common area (garden)

Cons:

The shower could have been a little warmer. (plus natural que could use a little warmer water)

Too much natural light came into the bedroom early in the morning, even with the curtains closed. (plus fluide)

It was sometimes a little cold at night.

Good hotel for family
Pros:

We booked the family villa and it's very nice to have 3 bedrooms for our group of 8 people.
Plenty of hot water, breakfast is good.

Cons:

Wifi not working great.
Would be nice to have AC in the room.
Please note that Gradia 1 is very close to the mosquee

Overall a good experience

Cons:

Gradia 1 did not have coffee shop for breakfast so we had to walk to Gradia 2, but still it was ok. Menu was same everyday which needed to be changed
