Room was clean and very large. Does what it says on the tin, the outstanding part was the staff. The manager spent time talking to us about the history of the hotel even though they had been working 15hrs. The chef made us a vegan meal, even though it wasn't on the menu and was 10 mins before the kitchen closed...and it was great freshly cooked fresh food.

It was great for what we needed for a night, wedding at the Pumping House, used the ACE ABC taxi, recommended by the hotel and could t fault them after reading some comments.
Would stay here again, wish breakfast was included but no show stopper.

I booked a double room, which turned out to be a double/twin room, and it indeed had twin beds. The bed was comfy, though you have to make it yourself! Nice bathroom and shower. Good-sized room with plenty of sockets. Tea/coffee making, hanging space and a tiny hairdryer. Glad I brought my own. The room was in a single-storey row of rooms facing the car park - like a US-style motel. Onsite restaurant with a decent menu and a bar.
Everything was ok. If I had needed to close the window above the front door, I would have needed assistance as I couldn't reach it!

problème avec le système d'alarme qui s'est déclenché vers 7.am et qui a mis tout le monde dehors et cela a mis du temps à être réglé et l'alarme s'est remis en route continuellement pendant une bonne demi heure. cependant le petit déjeûner nous a été offert.

Despite the heat the room had a fan, the windows opened and kept it at an acceptable temp level.
