Good position and very helpful staff but room design very poor.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Position was excellent

Cons:

The room looked lovely but it has issues. Firstly the wardrobe space was tiny. You could hardly put any clothes in there due to a big internal pillar. We complained and they went out and purchased a portable hanging rail. So the staff did try to help and dealt with our complaint but for an allegedly superior room this was poor.
Second the bathroom was very stylish looking but again impractical. The two sinks were extremely small and the plugs did not work. They were basically the size of a mixing bowl. Plus the mirrors were strange so you had to stand in a particular place to see in them. Definitely style over substance.
Breakfast was adequate but not great.

Lovely hotel in a great location & friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were so friendly & helpful, breakfast was lovely. Room was nice and the hotel is in a good location close to the old town and a parking lot within a quick walk from hotel

Alles! Sehr angenehmes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen. Perfekt sauber. Personal ungemein nett und hilfreich. Kann ich nur bestens empfehlen!

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage!
Pros:

Sehr nettes Hotel, perfekte Lage um Oviedo zu erkunden, Parkgarage um die Ecke, das Frühstück war gut, das Personal beim Frühstück bestens gelaunt - so fängt der Tag gut an.

Ubicación

Cons:

No limpian debajo de las camas. Tres noches y desde el primer día un calcetín de otro huésped debajo de la cama además de bolas de pelusa.
No se acerca a un 4 estrellas pero está muy bien ubicado.

Perfect hotel in lovely location
Pros:

An amazing friendly welcome at check in with very helpful tips on where to go and places to eat. The central location is perfectly placed and close to all the sights of the town. Very clean hotel and lovely choice for breakfast.
