Die Klimaanlage im gebuchten Zimmer war beim Anreisetag defekt und wir wurden anstandslos in ein anderes Zimmer umgebucht und haben sogar dafür einen Gutschein fürs das Frühstück erhalten! Super Service!

Die zentrale Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer wird erst ab der dritten Übernachtung erstmals gereinigt (ist bei der Buchung jedoch nicht ersichtlich). Auch eine Nachfrage an der Reception hat nichts bewirkt. Dies wird verkauft als einen Beitrag zum Umweltschutz. Für uns eher eine Minderung der Dienstleistung/Sparmassnahme beim Personal.
