快適でした。
Pros:

毎日、清掃していただき快適に過ごせました。ゆったりと過ごせる広いお部屋でした。

70年代ドラマに出てきそうなホテルで息が詰まった
Pros:

ロケーション。周りに飲食店が沢山ある。アメニティやベッドは清潔。

Cons:

とにかく建物が古い。窓が全く開かない仕様なので空気が澱み、こもる。窓はススだらけ、カーテンは破れている（それをなぜ放置？）

フロントスタッフは親切な方もいたが、観光アクティビティについて尋ねた際、うちからは手配できないの一点張り。仮に手配は無理でも、あまりに態度がつっけんどんすぎるのでは？あと、朝食会場の匂いがなんとなくクサい。

日頃アパホテルくらいのレベル感の宿泊に慣れている方ならドン引きだと思う（当方東京在住ビジネスマンです）。宿泊者の皆さんが割と優しいレートをつけておられるのは、この地域の他のホテルはもっと微妙な感じだからだろうか？ちなみに同じホテルから少し離れたANNEX館の横を歩いて通り過ぎた感じだと、本館とは段違いに新しくて綺麗な建物だった。

厳しいコメントで申し訳ありません、でも今後滞在を検討される方の何らかお役にたてたら幸いです。

泊まりやすく　綺麗で便利です　お風呂だけ変えて貰えばあとはも台無しです

奄美最高でした
Pros:

受付のスタッフさんが気さくでした。
部屋に備えている冷蔵庫が大きくて使いやすい。

Cons:

連泊で部屋の清掃を、エコ対応してもらったんですが、
2名で利用してたんですが、替えのタオル等が1名分しかなかったです。
部屋のバスタブが凹むのが怖かった。
