Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Zwei Übernachtungen zum wandern. Super freundliches Personal, alles sauber, gutes Frühstück. Tolles Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Ich habe nichts auszusetzen und würde definitiv wiederkommen.

Pros:

Ontzettend aardige mensen, heel de familie runt het. Ontbijt echt uitstekend en avond eten fantastisch, elke kamer heeft een eigen tafel in het restaurant.
Zwembad in het hotel heel mooi en de hydrojet massagetafel wat allemaal gratis is, is echt super!

Cons:

Dat er geen airco op de kamer was, wij hadden van thuis een ventilator meegenomen en die hadden we echt wel nodig. Eventueel hadden we er ook 1 van het hotel kunnen lenen.

Erholsame Herzlichkeit

Herzlichkeit, die man nicht kaufen kann

Spontan gebucht nach einer Wanderetappe auf dem Rothaarsteig – und positiv überrascht worden, wie ich es in dieser Form selten erlebt habe.

Bereits beim Einchecken wurde ich namentlich begrüßt und sofort herzlich aufgenommen. Ein kleines Haus, ein Familienbetrieb: Tochter an der Rezeption, Bruder hinter der Bar, der Vater über siebzig Jahren in der Küche. Rund fünfzig Gäste an diesem Abend – und kein einziger musste warten.

Die Küche war klassisch deutsch, handwerklich ausgezeichnet: Wildragout mit hausgemachten Spätzle, Apfelkompott mit Preiselbeeren – alles perfekt abgeschmeckt, ehrlich und stimmig.

Was mich am meisten beeindruckt hat: Der Service organisierte mir zwischen dem Zapfen eine Massage für den nächsten Morgen, ließ vorher die Sauna anheizen und arrangierte einen Abholservice zurück zum Auto – alles nebenbei, ohne Aufhebens.

Ich bin beruflich viel unterwegs, kenne absolute Spitzenhäuser. Aber echte Gastfreundschaft wie diese ist selten. Sehr gern wieder.
