学生はうるさい。
Pros:

安い割には綺麗で電停からも近かったので良かった。

Cons:

連泊したが2日目にロビーにたくさんの高校生らしき学生がいたが、その日の夕方からドンドンうるさかった。学生とは離してほしかった。シャワーを使うとシャワーヘッドの付け根から大量にお湯が噴き出し使いづらかった。安いので我慢したが、次も泊まりたいかと言われると微妙かも。

満足間違い無し。
Pros:

朝食がとても良かった。鰹節(本枯節)を御飯に乗せて九州醤油を掛けて食べると香が凄い。スタッフの方も親切で丁寧に説明してくれて大満足でした。

Pros:

鹿児島中央駅から距離はあるものの、路面電車の駅が目の前にあるのであまり立地は気にならない。
むしろ、周辺が歴史を感じる建物が多く観光に良い。
桜島フェリーの港も近いのでアクセスは良いと感じた。

Cons:

提携の駐車場があるものの、朝早くから観光したい人は目の前にある提携外の平置き駐車場に停める方がいい。

Pros:

新築ではないので、所々に時間を感じるのは当然だけど、それ以上に物を大切に上手に手入れされてはります。フロントスタッフ様も毅然とした洗練されたマナーをお持ち出し宿泊客さんが利用したアメニティグッズも速やかにメンテナンスされており、フロア通してタバコ等不快な匂いもなく、セキュリティも平気以上をキープされてはりますので、小さいお子さん連れにも安心して利用できると、私はおもいます。

Cons:

ブッキングコムからの予約でしたが、ロケーション等の事もあり、もう少し宿泊費を、あと1500〜2000円高くても大丈夫だと、寧ろ、安ホテル低レベルのレッテルを貼られないかリッチモンドの数多いファンとして、私は思います。

The location is good and the staff is helpful.

Cons:

The rooms are not very clean. We requested a change of the room because the room was smelling very bad when we arrived and also it wasn't cleaned very well.
The new room was smelling fine at least but it was still not so clean. The walls were a little dirty. Also the bathroom looked outdated and not perfectly clean.
