スタッフの方がとっても親切でした。雰囲気もやわらかく、どのスタッフの方も笑顔で対応されてて良かった。

Pros:

It's a nice concept for breakfast: there are several sets to choose from (though it could get a bit boring if you stay for more than a week). There are drip coffee bags in the rooms and a nice amenities bar downstairs.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the city center (meaning the Shinkansen station), so there are not many places to eat. (On the other hand, it’s close to the Sakurajima ferry port.)

最高でした！
Pros:

ホテルのチェックインが出来なくて迷っていたらすかさずスタッフの方が声をかけてくれました。立地も良く楽しめました。朝食が最高でした。

ユニットバスの床に埃と髪の毛が落ちていました。

部屋はツインでゆったりとしており、空調も良かったです。和食を選んだのですが、食べきれないくらいの朝食は、ひとりひとり釜で炊いたご飯で提供され、それだけでも満足、価格も驚くほど良心的、リピートありです。

バスルームはリノベーション必要
ユニットバスでしたが、底板が歪んでおり、所々が剥げていました。また、バスルームの水道蛇口の水垢
これらをちゃんとするだけでもうワンランク上になるはずです。

お値段以上
Pros:

清潔で、部屋も広く十分くつろぐことができました。
朝食もつけないつもりでしたが、鹿児島の有名な食材を提供されていて、お得感がありました。

Cons:

どこが良くないと言うこともなかったが期待を込めて、評価しました！
あえて言うと、枕が少し高くて熟睡感がありませんでした。

金額とかも高くなくて　満足です。また利用したいと思いました。
Pros:

シングルで2泊
部屋が、広かったのが、嬉しかったです。
小さなソファーが、なんか嬉しかったです。

仕方ないが、窓…カーテンを開けるのを考えてしまった。
隣りのビルから見えそうで…
部屋に居る時間が、長かったので、カーテンを開けたかったが、開けられなかった。
