Nice room but road noise would mean I would not stay there again.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable

Cons:

The road noise was horrendous. It went until late at night and started very early. We thought being on the 7th floor it wouldn't have been that bad.
Breakfast was included but had to be at Cafe down the road. Cafe was nice and close however the menu was VERY limited.

Comfortable, convenient base near Cairns esplanade
Pros:

Comfortable wide bed, good mattress and pillows, good quality linen. 2 large comfortable chairs on the balcony, with a nice view over the pool area and mountains behind Cairns. Esplanade walkable distance away for bars, restaurants. Shopping centre walkable distance too, or Cairns Aquarium. Good blackout curtains. We had a comfortable night's sleep, bar jet lag, after a very long journey.

Cons:

Small, thin towels. Very meagre supply of toiletries. Shower hose was missing, overhead rain shower was functional but no showercap provided. Plenty of hot water, good water pressure and bathroom clean. The toiletries and towels were the only thing to let the room down.

A central location not too far from the esplanade and food restaurants. The shower was the best shower I have ever had.

Totally fine.
Pros:

The restaurant on premises ,’Finn Finn’ was exceptional. We had a courtyard room which was surprisingly quiet for a main road. The room was a good size. Great value for money.

Cons:

Nothing to fault for the price.

Eas war gut und sauber

Cons:

Das ich Frühstück gebucht habe aber jedeglich nur einen gutschein für 20$ bekommen habe fürs nächstgelegende kaffeee.
Das geld hat nicht gereicht und wie mussten jedentag im Schnitt noch 40 doller draufzahlen.
