Comfortable hotel in good location
Pros:

Good location and large refurbished room with modern bathroom. Excellent pool area. Helpful reception staff. Walking distance to night market and restaurants

Cons:

Only service rooms once every 7days. We stayed 3 nights and were only provided with one very small shampoo and conditioner and no body wash for 2 people. We had to ask the cleaner for more and she reluctantly gave us some. We went out and bought body wash. Would be better and more environmentally friendly to provide the large bottles that many hotels do if not regularly servicing the room. Also tea and coffee supplies not replenished either. Would expect these to be provided at a 3 or 4 star hotel.

Pros:

The staff were so nice and professional. Check in was easy. They always greeted us in a lovely manner.

Cons:

Whilst there seems to have been a good effort to sound proof the windows, the main street traffic was a bit annoying at times, but didn't spoil the trip.

Good value and comfortable stay
Pros:

Great comfortable bed, especially the pillows. The room had a lovely panoramic view of the mountains. It was well equiped with microwave, decent sized mugs and bowls etc and a big kitchen sink. Good shower and towels. Nice pool area with hot tub.

Cons:

The electric vehicle charger which was mentioned did not exist.

The hot tub outside was nice but very feeble jets.

The women on desk very helpful. But not available at night.
Pros:

The staff were terrific. Very helpful.

Cons:

No soap holder in shower.
Restaurant within property closed Sunday, Monday. No restaurants open close to hotel
Not enough tea bags or milk available for 3 day stay.
No kitchen sink.
Small bathroom sink could not fit jug to refill.

Pros:

The pool and spa were great. About a 15 min walk to Esplanade which was great. Room was spacious and amenities provided. We were able to get a parking spot each time although the car park is very small.

Cons:

We had a trail of ants in the bathroom. The shower is open and the water leaked all the way out into the bedroom. Spa was only warm. Bed was ok but very uncomfortable pillows
