フロントスタッフさんは、シンプルに心地よい対応でした。リニューアルされてることもあって、スタイリッシュで綺麗でした。ハンガー本数も充実、鏡も照明付きで使いやすかったです。
1階の施設への入場券サービスは嬉しかったです。フロント前の本がたくさんのフロアで過ごす時間を持てなかったので次回はぜひくつろぎたいです。
排水の蓋が茶色くなっていて残念でした（劣化で汚いわけではないと思います）
子供との2人旅だったのでスタッフさんが優しくてとても助かりました。

Location, comfortable room and friendly staff. They have a cozy reading area just in front of the reception. Unfortunately I can't read Japanese, if not I would stay most of the time reading the books, they have so many great books that you can read for free.
