The staff were superb and very helpful. Very clean. Nothing was too much trouble they went out of their way to help as this was my first visit.

Cons:

Good value and big room for family with small kid.
Pros:

Friendly staff, quiet and good location and big room for family with young kid. Restruant and bar available at the hotel which very convenient and food and service was superb.

Cons:

Old aircon which has sound but still working. Sofa and bed need to be more comfortable other than that very happy with the service and the value for money.

Good Stay, great Staff - Maintenance need to improve.
Pros:

The staff were excellent all around - Front desk, bar and restaurant. Always helpful and obliging. Special call out to the Lady Manager who upgraded my room when there was an issue with the existing room.

Cons:

Maintenance needs to improve - rooms suffer from glitches like cupboards not closing or toilet covers being lose etc.

If you can , have a visit to the room you are to be assigned and ensure that everything is OK.

My Stay
Pros:

The staff were friendly and kind, and the apartment had everything I needed to stay comfortable for my time there..I liked the fact that I got a quiet area room as requested, and there were also some plates and cutlery in the cupboards for when I wanted to have dinner and breakfast too.

Cons:

Nothing to add really here. I was satisfied and content.
