My Stay
Pros:

The staff were friendly and kind, and the apartment had everything I needed to stay comfortable for my time there..I liked the fact that I got a quiet area room as requested, and there were also some plates and cutlery in the cupboards for when I wanted to have dinner and breakfast too.

Cons:

Nothing to add really here. I was satisfied and content.

Outdated, a lot of things don’t work, strange behaviour from maintenance guy following me from reception to my room and following me inside to look around and not speaking any English is strange behaviour !

Still love to stay here.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel is great. From the staff to the room. No complaints. Although they could be a little more attentive for cleaning.

Cons:

All was good until the last day we ordered a vegetarian pizza in the cafe in the lobby. The pizza hardly barely any cheese in it which is a little worrisome. Asked for cheese and was told to pay extra 45thb for cheese. Travelled the world and never experienced this from a restaurant in a worldwide brand hotel. The other nights had Indian food and was great food.

Pros:

Great value for money. Amazing suite-style condo, with a well-stocked kitchenette. The staff got my room ready at 12, even with full occupancy. Easy access through a key-card.

Cons:

The water pressure was not ideal, and there was a leakage in the shower that caused lower pressure.
