Man kann es mit dem Sparen übertreiben
Pros:

Es gab ein gemütliches Bett

Cons:

Wenn man Fragen hat, gibt es keine Rezeption. Nur im benachbarten Hotel. Telefonisch erreicht man nur die KI. Der Digitale Check-in funktionierte nicht, also musste ich einen Spaziergang ins andere Hotel machen.
alles muss extra bezahlt werden. zb Zimmerservice. Da kann man gleich in ein besseres Hotel gehen.

Der Aufenthalt für eine Durchreise war in Ordnung.
Pros:

Wir haben lediglich übernachtet. Die Betten sind nicht zu beanstanden.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühr von 18,00 € pro Nacht ist zu teuer!

Eine schreckliche Erfahrung

Zimmer Einrichtung

Cons:

Checking welche nicht funktioniert (keine Karten vorhanden), Personal welche mehr wie 30 Minuten nicht auffindbar ist (Pause) und am Telefon ist nur virtuelle Assistent. Zimmer welche für 3 Personen gebucht war und nur für 2 Personen vorbereitet

The room was fine and the hotel itself was generally good. However, the location was not ideal, as it is right next to a large and busy road.

The main problem was the parking. We received a fine from an automated parking system because, according to them, we had not paid for parking — but we did pay. When I contacted the hotel for help, they told me that the parking was not their responsibility and that I should deal directly with a private company.

I find this very disappointing. As a hotel guest who paid for the parking, I would have expected the hotel to take some responsibility and help resolve the issue.

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel isn’t located in the old town, but it’s still within easy reach, making it a great choice for both a short stay and a longer visit to explore the city. We stayed in a basement room, which was surprisingly spacious, with very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Cons:

Nothing to mention. The reception is in another building, that is a bit unusual, but overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
