Budynek pamięta czasy PRLu, ale jest odnowiony, utrzymany w dobrym stanie, czysto. Zadbano o otoczenie: boisko, miejsce na grillowanie/ognisko. Dużo zieleni, ławki. Dużo miejsc parkingowych. Kryty basen OK godny polecenia.

Reklamowany basen na zewnątrz jest żartem, mikroskopijny z niewielką ilością miejsc z leżakami.
