Nothing - it was all good
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet and comfortable, I had a room overlooking the pool. Room was lovely and clean with a/c, tea, coffee and a fridge. Location was excellent, convenient for the train station and a short, beautiful walk down to the centre of town and the Quai. Swimming pool was a bonus and there were plenty of sun loungers and chairs to relax on. Bergerac town is magical and the market around the church was fantastic.
Nothing! But be prepared with mosquito repellent, there are many!

Stayed again on my way through Bergerac, every bit as good as last year if not better, a really well run small hotel in a fantastic location with a tremendous breakfast and friendly staff. Absolutely worth a stay if you are in Bergerac.

Situation géographique
Le parking privé est un couloir dans lequel on peut mettre 2 ou 3 voitures l'une derrière l'autre (!?) et on ne peut pas la bouger de la nuit...

La simpatia i l'amabilitat del personal ha estat exquisida. La situació de l´hotel és magnífica a 5 min. de la part històrica amb multitud de botigues i bars/restaurants. L'esmorzar, suficient encara que vaig trobar a faltar uns ous remenats, però tot el producte era fresc i de qualitat. Per posar un però, diré que la sala de l'esmorzar no té aire condicionat i fa molta calor.
L´habitació disposa d´una terrassa amb una taula i dues còmodes cadires per estar a l´aire lliure. malauradament les tòrrides temperatures de més de 35ºC que vam tenir durant els dies de la nostra estada, no ens van permetre gaudir-ne més que una nit, però a la primavera i tardor ha de ser un luxe poder estar i prendre alguna cosa aprofitant bones temperatures.
Com ja he dit milloraria amb aire condicionat a la sala de l'esmorzar. El garatge tampoc és una meravella, només hi caben tres cotxes en fila índia, de manera que si estàs al fons han de treure els dos de darrere del teu i si estàs el segon o el tercer, has de deixar la clau perquè el moguin. De totes maneres sempre han estat molt ràpids en facilitar-me la sortida. Hi ha un pàrquing a l'aire lliure enorme, de pagament, just davant de l'hotel. Aparcar no és problema, el problema són els coloms. El bany amb el vàter separat és una mica bàsic, però la dutxa és ample i còmode.
I was delighted with this traditional style hotel, especially the lovely pool area and the warm welcome from the staff. The room was clean as a bean and the aircon was a big help. I would definitely stay here again.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great location with views of the Cathedral. Literally a 2 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants ect. Within 5 minutes your at the historic centre and river.
We had a balcony room at the front, it did over look the road and car park but this didn't bother us and there was no noise disruption. Great air-conditioning and shutter blinds, which were much needed. Spotlessly clean bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows.Tea and coffee facilities and a fridge which came in handy to stock up on cold drinks! Only real downside was not much hanging space or draws and we weren't really fans of the carpeted bedroom floor, we just felt a tiled floor or similar is more hygienic. Pool is an added bonus, very relaxing and much needed after a day sightseeing. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
