Pros:

Superb location; helpful and courteous staff; excellent breakfast; first class room with balcony; lovely pool which is extremely well maintained; good value for money. Would certainly stay again.

Very relaxing, enjoyable and memorable.

The staff were very helpful, warm and inviting. An excellent stay and I will return for a 3rd time.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen und das Personal ist super freundlich. Unser Zimmer hatte dann auch einen Balkon, nachdem ich nach Betreten des ersten Zimmers (ohne), darauf hingewiesen habe, dass ich mit Balkon gebucht habe. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Highlight war der Pool, den wir bei über 35 Grad auch gerne nutzten. Es gab Liegen und zusätzliche Badehandtücher. Das Parken ist tricky. Es gibt in der Garage 3 Parkplätze hintereinander und man muß seinen Schlüssel abgeben. Das Personal rangiert dann, wenn man rausfahren möchte. Dies habe ich abgelehnt. Wir haben dann auf dem Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel geparkt, was kein Problem war und zudem auch nicht teuer.

Cons:

Die Nespresso-Maschine funktionierte nicht, wurde aber auf Nachfrage umgetauscht. Leider war die Klimaanlage so schwach, dass sie kaum gekühlt hat, was bei diesen hohen Temperaturen nicht so angenehm war.
Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Ruhige Lage, Pool, Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir waren drei Nächte da, zugegeben in einer ungewöhnlichen Hitzeperiode. Die Klimaanlage lief gedrosselt, nicht auf der gewünschten Temperatur. Das Personal schaffte es in den drei Tagen nicht, das nicht kühlende Minibargerät auszutauschen. Etwas schmuddeliger Teppichboden.

Great hotel, great location, great value.
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and nice room with a balcony and view of the cathedral. Good air con in our room and a lovely swimming pool in the courtyard. Brilliant location as you can walk to everywhere in the old town quite easily, as well as several lovely cafes less than 300m away. Good value, clean and convenient. Top in Bergerac for a reason.

Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent location. It has a lovely pool area and is very clean. There is a good selection for breakfast.

Cons:

There could have been complimentary water left in the fridge. There wasn't enough space to hang our clothes so we had to keep most of it in the suitcase. Cleaning staff smoking around the pool area wasn't pleasant for us whilst sitting there.
