Great location, a really good hotel in the centre of Bergerac
Pros:

Second stay here, warm welcome . Lovely room with balcony , easy parking outside and free as it was the weekend . Great location being in the centre of Bergerac . Lovely pool with towels provided and comfortable sun beds . Good breakfast with plenty of choices ( although no hot food ).

Great location, helpful staff
Pros:

Very helpful staff who accommodated our unusual requests about storing bike boxes while we were on a cycling trip in the region. We were greatful for the flexibility and enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet pool spot, and the location is excellent for getting into the main part of town quickly.

Cons:

We forgot to take a photo of the door code number for the nighttime access and panicked that we couldn't get in for 1-2 mins, until one of the other guests who was on their balcony noticed us and helped. This was moreso our fault but still a minor inconvenience.

The hotel was modern and very clean. The staff were amazing and very hrlpful.

Cons:

No drawers to put clothes in, only a cupboard. Unable to unpack properly.
