Pros:

La localisation était tout bonnement parfaite. Malgré le fait que l'hôtel soit situé en plein centre de Manhattan, les chambres sont bien isolées. La chambre était bien agencée, la salle de bain également. La connexion WiFi était rapide malgré le nombre important d'objets connectés.

Cons:

La propreté pourrait-être améliorée. Le linge de lit ne sentait pas le propre à l'arrivée. Nous avons découvert certaines traces sur la literie lorsque nous avons retiré les draps et housses pour faciliter le travail du personnel de ménage.

perfect for what we needed but the hosts could do with some repairs
Pros:

I loved how accommodating and attentive the hosts were, they answered very quickly and filled whatever needs we had at the time. We had excellent communication for the days coming and on my trip, they made me feel very confident and excited.

Cons:

The restroom in our unit had an odor, it could be because the fan was broken and it was causing mold on the walls.

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue excelente, realmente superó mis expectativas. El servicio, la atención y las instalaciones estuvieron impecables; sinceramente le daría un 100/10.

Cons:

El único detalle que podría mencionar como sugerencia es que no había plancha para ropa disponible, algo que normalmente muchos hoteles suelen ofrecer. En mi caso tuve que comprar una por necesidad y luego dejarla por cuestiones de espacio en el equipaje. Más allá de eso, todo estuvo perfecto y disfruté muchísimo mi estadía.

El peor alojamiento de mi vida

Cons:

La ubicación es buena y está bien comunicada, pero no compensa las deficiencias del alojamiento. El apartamento carece de ventanas, por lo que no puede ventilarse correctamente; las toallas permanecen húmedas y con olor a humedad. Solicitamos un cambio de toallas a mitad de la estancia y, tras insistir durante dos días, solo nos entregaron toallas para dos personas cuando éramos seis. No hay armarios ni espacios de almacenamiento, únicamente unas barras para colgar ropa. Las camas resultan incómodas al ser de gomaespuma, el baño está bastante descuidado y el papel higiénico se proporciona únicamente bajo petición y en cantidades muy limitadas. Aunque el precio no es especialmente elevado, la relación calidad-precio nos ha parecido insuficiente y no volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

We’ve been so many places but I would say this is not a good experience for

The owner was rude the way he communicated
tru text ! But we like the old guy at the main reception desk, he was very helpful. He helped us keep our luggage the next morning. The whole place was filthy not very inviting, moldy bathroom, sticky floors looks like never mopped , dusty corners and the window frames, especially the fake flower covered with dust(don’t put one if you can’t clean it).The worst thing happened the next morning, my friend opened the curtain and the whole thing(rod) fell into my daughter‘s head.🙁 Also the metal bed frame was squeaky every time the kids move make an annoying noise.
