A nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

Location was right by Lake Geneva. It was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The safe didn’t work and even though we contacted reception about it the problem was not resolved.

Petit déjeuner strict minimum, depuis le 2eme jour dans la mini suite que nous avions réservé LES TASSES POUR LE CAFE ONT ETE SUPRIMEES malgré que nous avions une machine à café à disposition dans la nimi suite, les Klineex dans la salle de bain non pas été remplacé durant notre séjour, nous sommes resté avec un coffre fort bloqué durant 2 jours car personne n'était disponible pour le dépanner, l'ascenseur très petit uniquement pour 2 personnes sans bagages et est resté en panne pour plusieurs heures
