The ambiance. The location. Everything about Elvis the music, the smell of the hotel smells so good. Bed and shower. I love everything about it. And the complimentary peanut butter jelly every night 😋😋😋

Everything. This place is amazing. The movies, pb&j, pool, beds, staff - it’s all great!

Cons:

The only thing was that the “fridges” in the room were actually coolers. I would’ve preferred a real fridge, because I brought some of my own food. But it’s okay, I just used ice in my cooler.

Perfect location, comfy room but eat elsewhere

Location, staff and comfortable bed.
The hotel was perfect for our stay and our once in a lifetime visit to Graceland.

Cons:

We found the service and quality of food in the bar lounge poor and wish we had found somewhere else to eat. The staff took an age to serve us and the food was not of a good standard

Room & Facilities

Our room and the general hotel facilities were undeniably comfortable, offering the perfect base for anyone looking for the full Elvis experience. However, given the hotel's high price point and its standing as a premium property featuring a fitness center and a swimming pool, the in-room amenities fell short. For what we paid, we expected modern touches like smart connected TVs, complimentary bathrobes, and a much wider selection of tea and coffee options in the room.

Dining & Value

The value for money simply wasn't there when it came to dining. At this price tier, breakfast really should be included in the room rate. Instead, it was treated as an additional, highly-priced expense, which felt like unnecessary nickel-and-diming.

Location & Transport

While the proximity to Graceland is fantastic, the hotel is quite a far drive from downtown Memphis.

Because of this distance, the hotel really should offer a shuttle service into the city center to assist guests. If you plan to spend a lot of time downtown, keep the commute and ride-share costs in mind.

Service & Final Verdict

The reception and hospitality team were perfectly pleasant, but the service was merely "good" rather than the exceptional, memorable hospitality you would expect at a themed resort of this caliber.

Ultimately, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, but the property feels significantly overpriced. You are paying a steep premium purely for the Elvis and Graceland branding, rather than a truly luxury hotel experience.

Pros:

It was secure and transfer from hotel to Graceland was brilliant hotel room was very nice and clean staff was ok

Cons:

Bar wasn't run very well definitely need more staff on there . Waited for dinner but the pager we was given had run out of battery so Waited longer then need . Food could do with some lighter meals wasn't a lot of choice and very pricey for what it was .
