Pros:

We love so many things, the pool was clean, loved having a shower area to rinse off before going back to the room. Complementary live music every night, movie theater, PBJ sandwiches every night was many of the families favorites.

Cons:

Food at the EP Restaurant could use some help, chicken strips had zero flavor and were over cooked, fries under cooked very pricey for poorly cooked food. Cocktails were great just needs help in the kitchen area.

Perfect place to stay, clean and easy to get to Graceland with the shutter bus.
Pros:

It was clean and clean with good facilities and there was a shuttle bus available.

Amazing place to stay.
Pros:

The property was awesome. So clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We loved the free movies and the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!

Pros:

Buffet breakfast was very good, except for the sausage gravy was bland no taste to it.
The hotel was very nice, we had to switch rooms because of ants 🐜. Other wise very nice.
We'll be back to stay again.

Great stay near Graceland.
Pros:

Lovely hotel about 5 minute walk from Graceland. They ran a shuttle but we didn’t use it. The hotel had a nice pool and gym and the room was very comfortable. There was evening entertainment that we didn’t go to. They played Elvis music anywhere you were which was fun. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We did a Memphis tour too and they picked us up from the hotel even though it is a little more out of town.

No complaints.!
