Pros:

I liked the location because we were here for Elvis week, The shuttle bus was great.
I recommend the pancakes on the a la carte menu for breakfast there is enough for two people

Cons:

We were not told of the times of shuttle bus
Some of the staff were a bit unpleasant especially the man at the information desk no smile no greeting looked like I was bothering him .
The socket in our bathroom did not work
And the socket nx to the big mirror was loose

Pros:

The Guest House at Graceland is the best place to stay in Memphis. Safe and away from the noise of Beale Street. Very convenient to Graceland and the staff is warm and welcoming.
