Amazing experience, grateful for the shuttle services

The hotel was beautiful the details were outstanding can’t fault the hotel

Cons:

There’s nothing about the property I didn’t like

The man on the food and beverage counter (shake rattle and go) (older guy) was awfully rude to my mum for no reason and threw money at her in an angry manner, we were shocked to see he was employee of the month, everyone else was lovely and pleasant

Pros:

Nice hotel and rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast in Deltas was great. All the facilities were good. Staff helpful and pleasant. Perfect location to visit Elvis and easy to get downtown too.

Cons:

Price of water in the rooms when everyone else seems to give it away. The coffee machine in the room wasn’t fit for purpose.

Was a beautiful hotel, live music was really good, pool area is stunning, restaurants excellent, room super clean and bed was so comfortable, free shuttle over to gracekand, would definitely stay again.
