Fabulous hotel
Pros:

Loved everything about this property! When I booked, only a queen room was available, so I emailed to ask if an upgrade to a king room might be possible if one became available. I was delighted to arrive and find a lovely king room with a beautiful courtyard view. Such a wonderful experience!

Great one night stay before Gracelands visit.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The location was ideal for visiting Gracelands and we made use of the shuttle - fantastic drivers!
Enjoyed our late night dip in the pool.
Special thank you to Miss Anna what a lovely lady and a great assist to the hotel. And my first taste of a pbj sandwich!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Gracelands.

Elvis theme doesn’t stop at Graceland
Pros:

Location and all the Elvis details such as a PB&J sandwich at 9pm.
Kids loved the hotel as well.

Cons:

We liked everything. Only one comment, the pool looks much bigger on the pictures ;)

Most expensive hotel on our trip, with the least amenities.
Pros:

Clean. Beautiful.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking. No breakfast was included. Long term problem with entrance and exit from the property.

A dream come true
Pros:

The Guest House was grand and quite stunning and just what Elvis would have loved. We really appreciated the Graceland shuttle to and from the airport and to the whole complex. We enjoyed everything about the place and would certainly love to come back one day.

Cons:

Air con was cold everywhere in the hotel but especially in the cinema and the outer Elvis attractions. Attitude of some of the reception staff who didn't seem very knowledgeable or were not interested when we had a problem with missing luggage which hadn't arrived with us at the airport.

Pros:

The location close to Graceland Museum and house. Close to the airport for transport. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms well equipped and very clean. Also quiet. Couldn't hear anything outside the room so got good night's sleep. The staff are helpful. The resort fee of $10 a night covers phone calls, airport transfers, and much more. Free shuttle bus between the resort and the museum every half hour. It was winter so didn't use the pool area, but it looked nice. Would stay again as the Memphis tours all stop to pick up from there. It was fit for a king.

Cons:

Two restaurants, the a la carte was not open for dinner on the two nights we were there and because of location, outside restaurants limited. That is all.
