Tienes que subir 11 pisos andando. No es ni medio normal que tengan un solo ascensor
No nos avisaron antes de llegar que solo disponían de un ascensor una vergüenza colas y colas .tengo movilidad reducida y tenía que bajar 8 plantas una total vergüenza de hotel

Facilities were poor , had to buy an iron from local shop. There was only one lift and I had to use stairs continously which wasn't best as my room was on 7th floor

The location is good, as it far enough from the noise. Good parking.
Desperately needs renovation. Lifts are always occupied, so I had to take all the luggage by stairs. Cleanliness could be better, and the beds are uncomfortable.
Room was excellent, nice comfy bed with large bathroom. All very clean.
I may have been wrong, but was led to believe breakfast was available from 8-10 am, however arriving in the cafeteria shortly after 8 am it was getting cleaned and i was (kindly) informed it was closed.
