Reception was friendly, informative, helpful and nothing too much trouble. Nice place to rest after the Camino. Bonus the room had a fan which was a lovely but needed surprise.
Ik werd heel vriendelijk ontvangen en er was begrip voor de problemen die ik had met het online bevestigen van mijn reservering. Ook was het fijn dat de gastvrouw goed Engels sprak. De locatie lag 700 meter van het centrum, volgens de beschrijving, maar in de praktijk was dit veel minder. Makkelijk om tussendoor even heen en weer te lopen!

Tem recepção após certo horário ou seja o peregrino chega a noite da caminhada nao tem como entrar . Nao explicam que em Santiago nao há taxi quase perdi meu voo… consegui ir de ônibus por pura sorte ….
La ubicación muy buena. La habitación que era individual, pequeña pero cómoda y limpia.no necesitaba más. El desayuno justo pero aceptable.el lugar bonito pero haría falta adecuar mejor la zona exterior que tiene. Podría estar peecioso

Muy poca atención, habitación muy pequeña, sin aire acondicionado y con un ventilador poco eficiente y muy ruidoso.
Great location right on Camino Inglés which we were doing so passed on the way in. 10min walk from cathedral. Very comfy beds and shutters so got a good sleep
Shower was superb when got it to work but there was a knack to get it on. So wasn’t able to shower after completing camino. Was also a bath which was a bonus but no plug. Staff sorted out the issue within an hour or so but were no staff on site to resolve sooner. But wound stay again

La colazione era praticamente inesistente, il barattolo della crema alle nocciole era vuoto, non è stato sostituito, idem quello della marmellata, caffè finito, 4 fette di pane per 6 ospiti che facevano la colazione, nessun croissant ,
