La pulizia e la posizione della struttura

La colazione era praticamente inesistente, il barattolo della crema alle nocciole era vuoto, non è stato sostituito, idem quello della marmellata, caffè finito, 4 fette di pane per 6 ospiti che facevano la colazione, nessun croissant ,

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, ya que se encuentra alejado del bullicio de los bares y restaurantes del centro, lo que permite descansar con tranquilidad. La habitación, aunque algo antigua, cumple con su función.

Cons:

La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque sí un ventilador. El problema es que, si abres la ventana para refrescar la habitación, entran bastantes mosquitos; sería recomendable instalar mosquiteras. Por otro lado, el patio está bastante descuidado y sucio y no se corresponde con el aspecto que muestran las fotografías.

La struttura è molto carina e pulita, la posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro storico di Santiago. Nelle vicinanze si trova qualsiasi servizio (lavanderia, supermercato, ristoranti, fermata autobus, ecc.)
I proprietari hanno risposto subito ai nostri dubbi.
È stato facile accedere all'hotel e alla nostra stanza tramite il self check-in.

Cons:

Prezzi un po' alti ma purtroppo è la "media" della stagione

Pros:

Struttura accogliente, stile vintage, ma funzionale e gradevole. Ottima posizione. Tranquillo, ma vicinissimo al centro. Parcheggio in strada gratuito non lontano.

Cons:

C’era un po’ di odore di candeggina all’arrivo. E’ girata qualche zanzarina perché abbiamo tenuto le finestre aperte. Ma direi un dettaglio.
