Second time staying at this hotel for the excelent location being the closest to the port. It is very basic but also very clean, in a safe area and it does the job to provide lodging for one night before or after a cruise. This time we had come back from the islands and had a very early flight the next morning. The hotel is also steps away from the bus stop of the X 96 that takes you directly to the airport. Modesto was very friendly at our check in and another poor soul was there at 330 in the morning to check us out. Would gladly come back if we need to stay close to the Pireaus port.

The hotel was very close to the port which made it very easy to reach it in the morning when we checked out as well as piraeus centre, so the location is perfect. The staff was friendly and very kind which changed my prospective of the stay

Το κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχο και το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευχάριστο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και η διαμονή μας ξεκούραστη. Πολύ βολική επίσης ήταν και η τοποθεσία του. Θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα ξανά.
Sometimes an accommodation is not really great, but it gets a reasonable review because of the people that work there. That is the case with Piraeus Acropole Hotel. The location is close to the harbour, so very practical if you have to get a boat in the morning .The rooms are not great and rather small. It makes a sort of run down impression, but it is clean. A bit overpriced. We however really liked the people at the reception: very friendly, helpful and funny. They made up for the shortcomings. So if you want to be close to the harbour and if you like people and you have some humor ( so all the D.T. voters should ask themselves if they qualify) , go to this hotel. But do not expect too much.
A bit run down and a bit overpriced
Einfaches Hotel etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Fährableger E9. Sehr freundlicher Empfang auch um 3:00 nachts. Ausstattung etwas älter, aber sehr sauber.

The hotel is walking distance to the Ferry port. Paid parking next door was good.

In short, we expected a typical Port city hotel, and found a clean, neat, cheap and comfortable hotel.
There was some outside noice. But they provided earplugs (that we did not even used).
We closed the window and shutter, put some music on the TV, and slept well.
