تجربة سيئة للغاية وغير احترافية. تم الحجز مسبقاً وتأكيده، وقبل موعد الوصول بيوم واحد فقط تواصلوا معي وطالبوني بإلغاء الحجز بنفسي بحجة وجود خطأ في السعر من طرفهم! وعندما رفضت، ألغوا الحجز ورفضوا استضافتنا أو تحمل المسؤولية، مما تسبب لنا بإرباك شديد واضطررنا للتواصل مع خدمة العملاء للحصول على فندق بديل. لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم مطلقاً."

De reservering is automatisch geannuleerd. Dit mag gewoon. Niet jullie moeten gewoon compenseren
Cons:

De afwijzing op het laatste moment dat ik daar aankwam en toen ik zei waarom jullie dit niet de avond daarvoor od in de nacht hadden doorgeven zeiden ze van dat 50 euro per drie nachten niet zo realistisch is.

Ik vond het een onbeschofte antwoord en reactie van jullie personeel.

Terwijl ik al voor de deur van dat hotel stond te wachten om in te checken krijg ik opeens een melding binnen van hun en ik had al tusse. Die tijd iets van 150 euro uitgeven.

En wie gaat deze verlies compenseren ?

Niet klant vriendelijk.

En jullie hadden gewoon mij moeten matsen met of eventueel een wat schade verlies beperken.
