Pros:

La Ubicación es excelente. El staff es súper amable y las instalaciones son muy lindas. El desayuno altamente recomendable.

Comfortable, stylish, and excellent service in a great location to explore Madrid.
Pros:

The lobby and room were clean stylish and comfortable. Very quiet too. Perfect location for exploring the major galleries and central tourist spots. But it has the added benefit of sitting just outside the busiest areas. The breakfast in the restaurant is exceptional.

Cons:

I had lunch in the rooftop restaurant on one day. The food was average and significantly overpriced. Fortunately there are many great restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Excellent location, nice staff

Cons:

Room is very small, there is noise in several times I think it’s from room service outside the room in early morning and in afternoon also in the next room to me some one was doing some jobs there and too much noise and my bed was shaking tow times.

Interesting, clean, and a good staff but not the tranquil vibe I personally need on my evenings in after a long day.
Pros:

Clean, helpful and friendly staff

Cons:

It was located next to a massive roundabout, road construction and not close to quaint shops.
The quieter bar area inside serves ONLY sushi for bites to eat.
They should tone down the quirky glitz vibe a little (but that is my personal opinion, I like tranquil after a long day out)

Séjours avec de belles surprises agréable, calme, je retournerais très prochainement

Très belle chambre avec un joli décor donnant dans une cour énorme mais belle aménagement.
Le service de room service efficace, petit déjeuner au dernier étage avec une vue splendide agréable et très beau buffet

un petit bémol pour les serveurs aux restaurants divers '' un peu d'attente pour commander ''
