Pros:

We like the location, overall general service and gym facilities. Good selection of equipment in the gym.

Cons:

The cleaning of the rooms were a little inconsistent- shower gel and tissues not replenished when empty. Used glasses were sometimes left uncleaned. Lack of attention to detail.

La posizione , lo staff, la pulizia , il brunch

Cons:

Davvero molto rumoroso, di notte si sentono troppi rumori dalla strada ma anche dalle camere adiacenti e di sopra . Come se fosse poco isolato.

This hotel is a scam—stay away
Cons:

The “Only YOU Atocha” hotel in Madrid is a classic example of a fake scam hotel. For the price I paid—about 500 euros per room per night—I ended up with an experience akin to staying in a student dorm, with minimal service and comfort.
Although the room was advertised as 22 square meters, my father and I were actually placed in rooms measuring approximately 15–16 square meters, with the staff citing the hotel’s full occupancy as the reason. I was not reimbursed for the difference in price. Although free parking for hotel guests was advertised—as I was informed upon check-in—I was charged 29 euros upon check-out.
Furthermore, road construction is underway around the hotel, which was not mentioned in the description, making it very difficult to even approach the hotel entrance.
The interior consists of a cabalistic-inspired profusion of mirrors and grilles, and the lighting throughout the hotel is very dim, giving the impression that you’re not in a 4-star hotel but in an escape room from a horror movie.
On top of that, it was impossible to sleep at night, as the windows face a busy street with heavy traffic, and the windows aren’t soundproof, even though the description claims otherwise.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place and ask the Booking.com team not to offer this accommodation option to guests booking within this price range. I felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and essentially deceived at this place, as the cost of such accommodation should not exceed 50 euros per night—if anyone would even want to stay there at all, given the discrepancies and shortcomings I’ve described.
