Rude neighbours that were nosey by the pool from day to day, they thought they owned the pool from how they came across to us

The view is absolutely stunning, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of our stay.

This was one of the least welcoming accommodations I’ve ever experienced. Instead of feeling like guests, we constantly felt as though we were a burden to the property managers. On top of the amount paid through Booking.com, we were required to pay a damage deposit, and before we even arrived we started receiving an endless stream of messages warning us about extra charges if we didn’t take out the trash, left dirty dishes behind, or accidentally damaged anything. The communication was unnecessarily threatening and created stress throughout the stay.

What made this even more frustrating is that the property doesn’t even provide a trash collection service. Guests are expected to remove all of their rubbish themselves, yet there isn’t even a convenient public bin nearby to dispose of it. It’s unreasonable to expect guests to drive around looking for a place to throw away their trash while on holiday.

The apartment itself also lacked basic comfort and maintenance. Several light bulbs were burned out, the lighting was poor overall, and the entrance door didn’t close properly, leaving a noticeable gap.

Another disappointment is that the property seems to prioritize its sunset bar over the guests’ experience. It felt much more like staying above a busy bar than in a place designed for relaxation.

I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely disappointing. A beautiful view cannot make up for the lack of comfort, poor maintenance, and constant threatening communication. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming experience.

Af en toe was er sterke geurhinder. Dit was blijkbaar het gevolg van een probleem van een gesprongen waterleiding.
In de badkamer waren de voegen onderaan het douchescherm vuil. De handdoeken werden helaas gedurende de hele week niet ververst.

Nous n'avons pas aimé l'emplacement du logement car quand nous avons fait la réservation sur le site il y avait que les belles photos des logements qui sont bien placés nous nous étions celui qui était le plus mal placé c'est-à-dire à côté du restaurant et avec la haie juste devant donc pour voir la mer ..un peu difficile et c'est vraiment dommage mais je pense que vous le savez et ce serait bien de dire que si vous attribuer celui-ci faire une réduction au niveau prix au lieu de payer comme ceux qui sont très bien placés.

Los muebles estaban un poco viejos. Mejoraría la iluminación del apartamento.

Batterie de cuisine assez limitée et de qualité basique dont un fait-tout cassé, plaque de cuisson pas pratique.
Poignée et 1 des bacs du frigo cassé. Des auréoles sur le bois des tables de chevet de la chambre.
Les finitions de la rénovation du bâtiment et de l'appartement (trous dans les murs non rebouchés, seuil de porte, câbles suspendus devant la fenêtre de la chambre, coulissant de tiroir cuisine enrayé, charnière rouillée)
L'application de paiement anticipée de la caution 500€ encaissée pendant 15 jours n'est pas très clair.

El sofá no era nada cómodo, reformado bastante simple y el baño tenía olor de las tuberías. Además el altavoz del restaurante daba a nuestra ventana de la habitación, por lo que a partir de las 5 de la tarde no podíamos abrir ventanas.

El aire del dormitorio no funcionaba pero con la ventana semi abierta se pasó igual bien. Que no tenga parking. Pero con paciencia se encuentra
