Pros:

Nettes Personal, Parkplatz am Haus. Zimmer schön groß.

Cons:

Sehr sehr laut in der Nacht. Rennen fahrende Autos und die Tram kann man vom Bett aus sehen. Italienisches Restaurant unten im Haus, Rauchgeruch im Zimmer und vom Fußballspiel könnte man alles mithören Bei Lärmempfindlichkeit sollte man ein Zimmer zum Hof hin buchen.
