An easy and affordable stay in LIC

Here's the long and short of it - sexual harassment faced at the LIC hotel.

Their "gesture" to make up for it was to offer me a later check-out which is to say, skip the meeting I have planned and stay in the same vicinity of the person who sexually harassed me and the managers who defended the person despite admitting the CCTV footage confirms everything I have reported l and that it is a wrongdoing. That's aggravated harassment to say yes they did do something - which by law is classified in the State of NY and NYC as sexual harassment (criminal charge) - and then to think that the way to compensate the guest who is already running late because of the unnecessary harassment is to stay longer on the same property as those that harassed her because they insisted I accept a late checkout as compensation for the harassment that they admitted to and confirmed by CCTV footage. Wow!!! All your accounts are blocked. No supplier will be paid and no guest payment will come through until refund is issued for all nights that I've stayed at this property with the exception of my refund coming through the travel sites I used to book my stays at LIC hotel and reflected in my credit card. Good luck to all guests who are currently there. All your keys have been automatically deactivated on account of non-payment - because the hotel's accounts have been frozen and the only way to unfreeze them is to issue a refund to me for ALL nights stayed at the property. Welcome to homelessness. Good luck to all suppliers who cannot be paid because all their accounts are locked for supplying anything to and doing business with those who by their own admittance as confirmed by CCTV have committed actions that are regarded by the laws of NYS and NYC as sexual harassment. No business is allowed to do any business with any of the suppliers ever again. Aloha!

Excellent Location, Great Sleep, and Outstanding Value in New York
Pros:

The hotel had a perfect location: the subway was only a two-minute walk away, shops were everywhere nearby, yet the hotel itself was situated on a quiet street. Queens is also a fantastic area to stay in, as you can reach Manhattan and other parts of New York very quickly.

The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and I slept extremely well throughout my stay.

The front desk staff were very friendly and always willing to help and offer advice whenever needed.

I would also like to highlight the breakfast. This was my third visit to New York (staying in different areas each time), and in every previous hotel I struggled to find a place to sit during breakfast. It was therefore a pleasant surprise to enjoy breakfast here in a relaxed and comfortable environment without any issues.

The hotel was also reasonably priced, making it excellent value for money.

I highly recommend it.

Posizione comodissima alle principali linee della metro, in 15 minuti si arriva a Times Square. Personale gentile, camera spaziosa e pulita. Colazione buona, tutto preparato al momento, anche se la scelta un po’ limitata.

Actual Breakfast!
Pros:

They gave us 4 rooms close together as we asked, the bathroom is great and has a huge shower with soap and shampoo, also has multiple towels and a hairdryer. The room had spacious cabinets and very good AC. The breakfast was nice, not like some hotels that only give you coffee and a muffin, here they had actual food like scrambled eggs, toast, cereals, patties, etc. They held our bags for us during the day of sightseeing charge-free and tagged them so that not just anybody can claim them. It's a lower building than it seems but you can definitely see the Manhattan skyline as in the pictures regardless. Easy access to metro!

Cons:

I thought we would eat breakfast on the terrace, but you have to stay inside the breakfast room with your plates. I understand why, but would have been so cool. Not a big complaint though just a missed opportunity!
