Terrible hotel! I made a reservation well in advance, and upon arrival with my pregnant wife, they had no problem saying there were no rooms available due to supposed damage, which they never informed us about in a timely manner. We checked another reservation, and indeed there were rooms available, but they were 200% more expensive. Beware of this property; they don't honor reservations.

Buena ubicación y atención, pero infraestructura muy deteriorada
Pros:

La atención del personal fue buena, fueron amables y atentos durante nuestra estadía. La ubicación también es conveniente: está cerca de la Zona Rosa y aproximadamente a 20 minutos caminando del Centro Histórico.

Cons:

La infraestructura está bastante deteriorada y necesita mantenimiento urgente. El baño estaba en pésimas condiciones y las paredes presentaban un alto nivel de deterioro, como se puede apreciar en las fotografías adjuntas.

El desayuno también dejó mucho que desear: las porciones eran muy pequeñas y la mini arepa que nos sirvieron estaba agria. Por esta razón, durante los dos días de nuestra estadía tuvimos que salir a desayunar por nuestra cuenta.

De rustige locatie.

Cons:

Dat je extra moest betalen omdat je alleen via een Colombiaans betaalsysteem kon betalen en als je dat niet hebt, kost het meer.
Daarnaast was het matras slecht, het was erg dun in het midden en duidelijk aan vernieuwing toe.

Los trabajadores del hotel haciendo lo posible por satisfacer a los huéspedes.

Cons:

Las instalaciones en decadencia. He visitado el hotel varias veces; sin embargo, esta vez quedé decepcionada. No hubo aseo en la habitación en el segundo día, no hay mini bar en un hotel de clima muy caliente.
