Cleanliness
4.5
Multiple guests reported dirty, smelly rooms and bathrooms with mold/fungus; several mentions of poor shower and basin condition, though a number of reviews also described rooms as clean — overall clearly the weakest area.
Service
9
Consistently praised: staff described as friendly, kind, attentive, quick at check-in and helpful with luggage; strong positive sentiment across many reviews.
Location
9.5
Very frequent praise: excellent, central Seminyak location near square, beach, cafes and attractions while still quiet — one of the hotel's standout strengths.
Room Quality
7
Mixed feedback: several guests found rooms clean and comfortable; others reported small, dark, smelly rooms or issues with fixtures — generally acceptable but inconsistent.
Amenities
6.5
Mixed mentions: fast WiFi noted positively; issues reported with hot water taking time, rooftop lighting off at night, and problematic shower/basin in some rooms.
Value for Money
8.5
Multiple reviews explicitly call it good value/’worth it for the price’ and ‘cheap and cheerful’ — generally perceived as strong value.
Food and Beverage
7.5
Standard quality for this hotel tier (not discussed in the reviews).
Overall Experience
7.5
Many guests reported a pleasant, peaceful stay with excellent service and location, though recurring cleanliness issues moderated overall impressions.

Not impressed at all. Staff were lovely and accommodating. It’s the old saying you pay for what you get!
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Room we stayed in was old, mould in bathroom really needs a clean up and renovation.

Pros:

Close walking distance to everything. Staff are friendly. Location of beach! All the viral food spots for Seminyak are literally around the corner from here so we barely spent time in the accomodation, we only used it for sleep.

Cons:

Sheets and linen are old and need replacing. Bathroom facilities need upgrading e.g soap dispenser was stuck on the shower wall and fell off mid-shower.

Cheap but not clean .
Pros:

The room smells like mould. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Mould everywhere. I know it’s cheap but it needs to be clean . We hardly slept as the smell was awful but we couldn’t find anywhere close to move to other property. The staff were nice .

Cons:

Smell, mould in the tiles in bathroom . Shower takes forever to heat up. Needs a big upgrade.
