We boekten dit hotel als laatste nacht voor onze terugvlucht. We hebben de Trendy Suite gekozen, die zeer ruim was en erg comfortabel.
De service om de koffers na checkout achter te laten voelde erg vertrouwd door de ruime hoeveelheid personeel en de extra service om op bij ophalen ook nog eens op te kunnen frissen en zelfs te kunnen douchen was een aangename verrassing.
We komen hier zeker weer eens terug als we weer naar Hanoi komen.

La colazione miglior che abbia provato in tutto il Vietnam (ci sono stato due settimane). Ricca e gustosa. Caffe Vietnamita incluso. Posizione buona, personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Although this hotel is relatively small, it offers exceptional hospitality that truly made my stay memorable. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile.

The room was stylish, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay without any stress. It felt like every detail had been carefully considered to make guests feel at home.

Another highlight was the breakfast. The menu changed every day, which made each morning something to look forward to. It was clear that the hotel put a lot of thought into providing a fresh and enjoyable dining experience.

Overall, this is a wonderful hotel with excellent service and a warm atmosphere. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable place to stay.

Had an amazing stay in Bespoke Trendy Hotel for first time visiting Hanoi. The staff were very warm, nice and helpful in recommending places to eat and visit. Special thanks to Ly for ensuring me and my family had an amazing stay in Hanoi.

We recently spent two weeks traveling across Vietnam, and Hanoi was our home base for domestic flights and buses. Before arriving, we booked Byspoke Trendy Hotel in the Old Quarter for our first night, planning to head to Sapa the next day. However, the receptionists especially Mei and Phong ,were so incredibly welcoming and warm that we extended our stay for an extra night. They truly made us feel at home from the moment we walked in.

After exploring other cities and staying at around 6 different hotels across Vietnam, we decided to book Byspoke Trendy Hotel again for our final 3 nights before flying back to Dubai. The reason? Mei and the entire team. Their genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. The breakfast was delicious, and every staff member treated us like VIPs in a 5-star property.

What sets this hotel apart is the staff’s passion for hospitality. They went above and beyond ,sharing invaluable travel tips, local guides, and ensuring we always felt safe and cared for. We’ve never experienced this level of warmth anywhere else in Vietnam.

We will definitely return to Vietnam, and without a doubt, we’ll stay at Byspoke Trendy Hotel again just to see Mei and the wonderful team. Thank you, Mei, Phong, and everyone at Byspoke Trendy Hotel, for making our Vietnamese adventure truly unforgettable!

Bespoke Trendy is an amazing hotel. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and situated on a lovely street. The beds and linen are very high quality and the food in the restaurant is delicious and they have a good range. Staff gave us great recommendations for local places to eat. This is a great hotel and we felt very much at home.

Just simply amazing! Location, Staff, Room, spot on! Can’t go wrong with this Hotel! Cherry on the cake Ms. Mei extremely helpful made our stay super comfortable. Loved everything about our stay.

The staff at this hotel amazed us beyond our expectations, we travel a lot and next time when we visit hanoi we can't even imagine staying anywhere else. If have to name one staff member specifically it would be "MAY", the most humble and helpful person we met in vietnam. She even gave us snacks abd goofy bags for our journey when we checked out. Thank u so much for your hospitality and giving us wonderfull memories. The location of the hotel is what every first time visitor asks for, walking distance from everything, we were just opposite the famous train street. Rooms were spacious wonderfully designed and super clean and comfy. We are definitely comming back.

Rin was great attendant at Bespoke, it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely be back again, hopefully Rin will be there next time we visit. location was convenient close to everything we needed.

Everything from check in to check out was excellent! I arrived at Hanoi early in the morning and they managed to get me a room with no extra charge, which was so nice! Through my entire stay, Don was available to me through WhatsApp, providing suggestions of things to do, answering my questions, even delivering cold towels for my sunburnt legs! The people who work at Bespoke really went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. My first room was small, but expected in Hanoi, and for the comfort of the bed, shower and A/C I didn’t mind at all, but they still ended up upgrading me to a larger room which was a quite big and had a lovely city view! The breakfast and spa were also really great. Location was right by train street so everything in old quarter was walkable, but it was tucked down a quiet little alley which was so nice! Would highly recommend!
