Bespoke Trendy Hotel Hanoi

We had an amazing stay at Best Park Trendy Hotel! The hotel was spotless, very comfortable, and the whole team was incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated all the little thoughtful touches, including the small gifts they gave us when we left. A special thank you to Ly for her kindness and professionalism — she made our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout our trip. We truly felt at home and would definitely come back. Thank you again to the whole team for such a wonderful experience!

I stayed with my youngest daughter for 2 nights in Hanoi following our initial arrival in Vietnam. Bespoke Trendy Hotel sets exemplary high standards of hospitality and service. From our arrival and warm greeting with a complimentary refreshing cool beverage, dehydrated fruit snack and heated moist facecloth to our departure, the experience at this chic boutique hotel was faultless. Particular compliments are owed to the skilled Concierge, Dũng, and the reception team plus the excellent staff servicing our room. We had a room on the 6th floor at the rear of the hotel which was most comfortable, clean, well presented and quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom facilities were superb. My daughter delighted in having a complimentary manicure, offered to all guests. The Parallel Cocktail Bar in the hotel basement is a novel place to enjoy refreshments. The complimentary buffet breakfasts served in the upper floor restaurant, with a rooftop terrace, were divine with a wide delectable selection of beautifully presented food, catering for all tastes and preferences. The table staff were most attentive to guests requirements. Bespoke Trendy Hotel is located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi within a short walking distance to a diverse range of traditional street vendors and eateries. It is within easy walking distance to many historic attractions or a ride via 'Grab' driver makes transport around the the streets easy and at negligible cost. We were farewelled at the door on departure by all the reception team and given a small gift, making us feel like VIP Royalty. We would most certainly stay at this establishment again on future return visits to Hanoi and most highly recommend Bespoke Trendy Hotel to other travellers.

It was a wonderful travel experience. The hotel service was excellent, and the location was very close to the Old Quarter. Definitely worth staying again!

Everything you could expect hospitality wise, you can get here. Mid-range budget hotel in terms of western travellers but service provided way out weighs what you pay. Couldn’t be more helpful. Early check in, late check out. clean rooms and breakfast all you can ask for a long hot day exploring the city.

On checking out as we were travelling on the night bus. Offered a shower and freshen up later in the evening in the spa. It was closed but opened up and towels provided. nothing too much trouble.

Incredible hotel. Great location. The staff were extremely helpful and always went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Rooms were beautifully presented and well equipped. Dûng was particularly amazing on concierge, very friendly. All of the reception staff were amazing.

It was awesome experience and we really have a nice stay. The service is topnotch and the staff is really attentive and hospitable. Will definitely recommend and come back :)

We had been to Vietnam a couple of times but this hotel went above and beyond. It exceeded our expectations. Food, service and comfort here were the best. We will definitely be staying here again once we return to Hanoi. Thank you Sam and team foe your superb service :)

Our favourite stay in Vietnam. A quite refuge amongst the craziness of Hanoi. Great location in a cool street tucked away near train street. The staff were so genuine and attentive. The room was trendy and bespoke, had a lovely feel. Breakfast was a highlight too, so much choice and individual meals from a menu too. Great value. We will be back.

Best hotel in Old Quarter Ha Noi. Great price and the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back. Kudos to Ly Nguyen, she is extremely nice and kind.

It was a fabulous experience, the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Vietnam! The rooms are absolutely beautiful, very comfortable, and cozy. The breakfast is outstanding.
A special mention to the extraordinary staff: they are incredibly kind and helpful, and they anticipated all our needs and even more. Li Nguyen was wonderful with us and so thoughtful, with many little attentions that made our stay even more enjoyable.
We recommend this hotel without hesitation, and we will definitely come back on our next trip to Hanoi!

Excellent location, easy access to eateries & places of interest. Hotel atmosphere good & welcoming. Rooms clean, comfortable, value for money. Is not noisy, service was excellent. Special mention to Sam who displays professional work & service attitude. She consistently take pride in her service delivery & we are greatly impressed.
