Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Very beautiful old building. Having a buffet style breakfast and dinner for free was amazing! Very good food too.

Cons:

There is only one lane in and out so sometimes you have to wait a bit for your car or to pull out

Ein Hotel der Drury Kette ist immer eine solide Übernachtungswahl.
Pros:

Das Kick-Back und die unheimliche tolle Dusche, sowie ausnahmsweise einmal eine sehr ruhige Klimaanlage in einem US-Hotel.

Cons:

Der große Frühstücksraum und das Gedränge waren unangenehm. Auch die Parkplatzsituation in der Nähe ist nicht optimal, wenn man nicht so viel Geld fürs Parken ausgeben will.

Nice building but not upscale
Pros:

Beautiful architecture, conveniently located in the heart of downtown. Very respectful staff.

Cons:

Room on first floor was not very private, breakfast could be better. Happy hour offers free food and drinks but awkward.

Pros:

The Drury Plaza hotel exceeded our expectations. The room, staff and facility were awesome and the location was very central to what we wanted to do in Cleveland. We were able to walk to attractions and food, which made this the perfect place for a weekend away.

The only complaint I have is the lack of veggie sausage 😂
Pros:

Location was great! The valets were nice. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Just my same complaint about all hotel breakfasts. It's 2026... There should be veggie sausage as an option.

Very nice and convenient, great breakfast with several staff members keeping the area clean. Very nice.
Pros:

Convenience to Air Show and Progressive Field.

Cons:

Only 1 person working valet. We arrived early around 9 to park and head to air show. Too many people waiting so we self parked in garage. They need more than 1 person working valet at busy times.

We will stay here any time we come to Cleveland, we really enjoyed it
Pros:

I liked the friendliness of all the staff, the bartenders at both dinner and in the bar were great, the coffee was excellent

Cons:

the food was just ok in quality, and you ran out of coffee during a very busy breakfast

Overall we loved it! We enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The location is great! The stuff are professional and friendly, room was clean, shower was clean. Towels were fresh and white!

Cons:

The line to a dinner/ bar was so long . And the quality was very poor. The pool needs some updating/ cleaning. The bottom of the pool is discoloured. The hours the pool is open is kind of late in the morning. We exercised in the morning, it would be great to swim afterwards. But the pool opens at 9am .
