Beautifully restored building, great staff. Super location.
Pros:

Nyia at the front desk was amazing. So sweet and helpful.
Room was clean and great. Location great - able to walk to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Cons:

I have booked a room with king size bed + sofa bed but they gave a bedroom without sofa bed. They argumented that they did not have other room to offer; and also gave a discount to valet (parking)

We will stay here again! Best place I’ve ever stayed in Cleveland!
Pros:

This is a fantastic hotel. It’s absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. It was so clean and comfortable.

The only small improvement would be the pillows. They weren’t great/

The room needed to be dusted. There needs to be another blanket on the bed. The pillows are too flat
