朝食が美味しい、ジムが無料で使えるのも良い。風呂が広い。全体的に清潔感が漂っている。ホテル直結のコンビニが23時まで営業しているのはありがたい。

2人部屋を3人で利用しましたが、エキストラベッドの幅が狭く、とても硬い。これで3人目の値段が同じというのはやや不満。朝食の事前予約がなかなか取れない。

朝荷物を預けに行った時のホテル受付で、聞き返したら男性フロントの方がイラッとした口調になり、びっくりした。それ以外は朝食のサービスの方やコンシェルジュの方はとても良かった。

Pros:

いつもはウエストご利用していて、今回は初めてイーストに宿泊しました。アウトレットから歩いて行けるのが良かったです。古い建物ですが清潔感と落ち着いた重厚感があったのも良かったです。ウエストは広くて館内で迷ってしまうこともありましたがイーストはそのようなことはなく、こじんまりとしていて安心感がありました。
