I checked in 2026.7.10 and checked out 2026.7.11. I left my new bought slipper in the room 205 when I checked out. Next day when I came back and look for them. They checked but told me they couldn’t find them. How could it be?!

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, and there are plenty of restaurant options nearby.

The location was excellent. Easy access and walkable to both the train station and outlet mall. There was also a hotel shuttle and the hot springs for hotel guests was an added bonus.

Cons:

The only negative comment was the bathroom was quite small.

Pros:

Love the location that is nested with the shopping plaza and the provision of the shuttle bus service allows us to explore the town easily. The hotel has wonderful onsen facilities and provided the robes and bags, and helpful instructions to use the onsen with ease. Staff was helpful and generally wonderful to interact with.

Cons:

The gym or fitness centre was really disappointing. With just a few cardio machines, it's hardly called a fitness centre. It would do better to at least have proper weights machines or weights to use.
