Accommodation was poor but the spa and location was good, some staff were not very welcoming
Pros:

The spa was good, great location

Cons:

The room we stayed in was in the attic, the shower only worked intermittently and the shower leaked, cleanliness was questionable, some staff came across grumpy.

I will definitely be going back!
Pros:

Where to start! A calm oasis, perfect for relaxing but also as a base for walking and visiting all the local beaches. The spa is amazing (and free for hotel guests). The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff super friendly and really make an effort to make your stay perfect

Cons:

A minor point but I would have liked more storage in the room, eg a set of drawers.

The perfect stay, could not have asked for more.
Pros:

Staff were fantastic the new lady Sharan in the resteraunt was brilliant. All staff were great.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were great.Great massage therapist too.Spa was lovely.Hotel clean and well run.
The breakfast was super but, I thought I had booked this and it turns out I had to pay both for parking at £15 and breakfast at £35.
So not impressed with booking.com.
