Willkommen im mittelalterlichen Fachwerkstädtchen
Pros:

Sehr schön zentral gelegen in dem historischen Städtchen. Alle Punkte gut erreichbar. Ochsenfurt ist sehr sehenswert. In der Kirche findet sich sogar eine Statue des weltberühmten Schnitzers Tilman Riemenschneider. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Flur hingen Spender mit kostenlosen Ohrstöpseln, …

Cons:

… die sehr hilfreich waren, denn der Zugverkehr des gegenüberliegenden Bahnhofs war nachts schon störend. Unser Zimmer war ganz oben über viele Treppen zu erreichenwas für ältere Leute etwas mühsam sein kann. Ein Hinweis auf einen fehlenden Lift wäre nett gewesen.

Nicht zu empfehlen
Cons:

Beim Check-in ab 14 Uhr war niemand vor Ort, die Schlüssel sind öffentlich öffentlich zugänglich neben der Tür in einer Schlüsselbox verstaut. Wir haben nur unseren Schlüssel geholt und sind beim Check-im aus Zeitgründen nicht aufs Zimmer.
Als wir nachts nach der Hochzeit zurück kamen, war im Zimmer nur eine Decke und ein Kissen und es war sehr sehr kalt, weil alle Fenster geöffnet waren. Ein zweites Bettzeug zu bekommen wurde telefonisch sehr harsch abgelehnt. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir dann bei. Bezahlen sehr unfreundlich begrüßt und zur Rede gestellt, warum man denn nicht ins Zimmer geht bei Check-in und alles überprüft, das wäre schließlich unsere Aufgabe.
Es kam keine Entschuldigung nur Vorwürfe mit deutlich zu lauter Stimme.

Fehler können passieren, das ist kein Problem - die Art und Weise hier mit den Gästen zu sprechen ist allerdings weit weg von professionell und gastfreundlich.
Am Ende wurden uns 10€ von der Rechnung abgezogen, eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht.

Für eine Nacht zweckmäßig - für einen Urlaub würde ich es nicht buchen

Lage mitten in der Stadt und nahe am Bahnhof

Cons:

Zimmer schon etwas abgewohnt, Bad stellenweise nicht gut geputzt (teils auch Schimmel in den Ecken), als es regnete roch es leider etwas müffelig im Zimmer

Hotel mit Restaurant in sehr schöner Lage, direkt am historischen Stadttor
Pros:

Aufenthaltsraum mit Wasserkocher.
Auf Anfrage erhielten wir einen Ventilator für das Zimmer.
