Pros:

Great location.. friendly staff…restaurant food excellent.

Cons:

Mini bar too much .. and yet no coffee making facilities ..this was a shame because you had to be dressed and ready to go to have a coffee.

On balance a lovely hotel
Pros:

Good location, suite was very sweet, Termas included in our deal which was well worth a visit. Very close to Metro (Tetuan). Imposing staircase welcome! reception staff especially friendly and helpful. Aesthetically good looking hotel and room furnishings though minibar overflowing!

Cons:

A/c in room was temperamental. Breakfast staff short staffed and overworked (due to a staff shortage one day kitchen was offering limited options). Felt overpriced but may have been marked up for Primavera Sounds weekend.

Pros:

I loved the Casa Bonay. Very responsive, helpful and friendly staff. A nicely decorated room with a very comfortable bed. Even though my room was on the first floor facing the main street, it was very quiet in the room. I liked the fact that I got a coffee voucher for the little specialty coffee place next door. I would surely go back here again.

Cons:

A few more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes would have made it even better.

Le personnel l’emplacement et la propreté

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne une taxe supplémentaire de la ville de Catalogne qui ne nous a pas été clairement signalée lors du check-in. Nous avons découvert au moment du check-out que nous devions payer près de 100 € en supplément. Heureusement, nous disposions de suffisamment d’argent pour régler cette somme, mais cela pourrait mettre d’autres voyageurs dans une situation inconfortable.

We were extremely happy with our stay — from the friendly staff and comfortable rooms to the cleanliness, spacious atmos
Pros:

We really loved the breakfast and the location of the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the beds were especially great. Everything felt clean, cozy, and well designed.

Cons:

I can’t really say there was anything I disliked. The only small thing I missed was a toilet brush in the bathroom, but I assume it may be due to hotel policy.
