The personnel was very nice.
Everybody at the Reception were happy to help, they are smart and know very good English to understand all the requests. The nice cleaning ladies, the restaurant personnel. Everyone! Congratulations!
The location is perfect.

Cons:

The noise inside the room made by the ventilation system for the corridor. The space that was going through was imposible to sleep in the night.
If you only sleep in the bedroom it s almost ok. Room 106.
The noise from the street a little when they collected the garbage bins at 7 am . But not awful. At the upper floors was better with the outside noise. Which was a nice city noise.

Skønt hotel med fantastisk placering
Pros:

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Rolig gade med et godt udvalg af spisesteder. Skøn morgenmadsrestaurant på toppen af hotellet.

Cons:

Skøn morgenmad bare lidt ærgerligt at der kun var 1 kop kaffe med i prisen.

Très bon établissement !
Pros:

Établissement vraiment bien ! Logement moderne, propre et très bien équipé.
Hotel très bien situé, proche de four et très calme.

Cons:

Seul bémol, l'accès au rooftop disponible que le matin et sur réservation du petit déjeuner.

Super tolles Hotel!
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich toll! Das Frühstück hat hervorragend geschmeckt und wir sind überall leicht hingekommen! An einem Abend war die Fußball WM - von der haben wir nichts mitbekommen, weil die Zimmer gut abgedichtet sind. Eine elektrische Rollo hat auch beim Schlafen geholfen! Das Personal war ebenfalls hilfsbereit

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es kaum etwas zu bemängeln - lediglich die Frühstücksportionen waren etwas klein. Das Restaurant hat leider Mo und Di geschlossen - daher konnten wir dort nicht essen gehen.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist zu dunkel, im Frühstück (nur à la carte) ist leider nur ein kleiner Kaffee etc. enthalten, ein zusätzlicher Kaffee muss bezahlt werden,
bei uns im Zimmer stand das Bett mit einer Seite an der Wand, dies ist nicht sehr komfortabel für das Ein- und aussteigen

Eigentlich schönes Hotel, aber…

Gute Lage.

Cons:

Zwar nette Location, die leider offenbar auch für Feiern gefragt ist. Somit ist es bis spät sehr, sehr laut. Personal grundsätzlich freundlich, aber bei der Beschwerde nachts auch völlig desinteressiert und untätig.
Tresor funktioniert nicht.
Frühstücksvariante überzeugt nicht wirklich.

Best hotel in Budapest, can’t wait to rebook!
Pros:

The location was gorgeous full of tourists and locals and the view of the University building was grand. We requested a specific room which was saved for us! The front desk staff were always so friendly and accommodating with extra towels and free luggage storage on the day of our departure. The spiral stair case to reception is lovely + a lift!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like is that I couldn’t get more time off work to stay longer 😣💞

Even if location was great, not going back there
Pros:

I liked the size of the room (we had quadro) and size of bathroom. Location is great.

Cons:

Dental kit was missing, and when asked the receptionist, we were told they had finished and needed to be ordered (well is it really my problem?). Anyways, early in the morning I had to go look for a dental kit, and I talked with the receptionist again, highlighting that a hotel of this kind should provide with dental kit, and she told me to wait for like 20minutes and maybe a housekeeper will find something. Well, sorry, but you had the whole night for that, since I first called to request a kit the night before. I found the tone slightly rude and impolite. Anyways, it really wasnt about a dental kit anymore but about being client oriented, which is not what I experienced at this hotel.

The cleaning of the room was very light, there was still some rubbish on the desk and floor when we came.

Breakfast isnt going to suit fussy eaters or vegetarians. I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for it.
