We were disappointed with the cleanliness and the staff weren’t friendly or helpful at all.
Pros:

It was walking distance to central London and seemed to be in a nice area.

Cons:

It was very dirty. Visible stains on the cushions and bed runner. The bathroom was very run down and dirty. The toilet cistern was broken.

Pros:

Room was clean, had airco and was overal nice to stay in.

Check in was supposedly at 2pm, but when we got there at 11am, we instantly got the key and were allowed in.

Stores in walking distance.

Staff was super nice!

Cons:

To leave the luggage there we could only pay cash 5£ per bag (for people from the eu getting money costs alot).

Sockets on the double bed didn't work.

Underground and fast food were quite the walk.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement proche de la gare Victoria. Quartier plutot calme. La salle de bain est fonctionelle.

Cons:

Gros point noir : la literie. Le matelas était épouvantable. Pas du tout de maintient, excesdivement creusé en son centre. Très mauvais pour le dos.

Such a lovely hotel that exceeds expectations for the cost.
Pros:

The hotel was so clean and well presented considering the low cost it was to a much higher standard than I’d have anticipated!! It was in a lovely area and I cannot fault a thing

- the location is great, 30 min walk to Big Ben

Cons:

- extreamly dirty: the toilet seat was yellow from overuse - literally looked like one from a public toilet, there was something written on the wall with somethong white / yellow - how many options are there : ), "clean" towels are left on the floor next to the door

Ottima posizione, vicina alla stazione della metro/treno/bus di Victoria. Dimensioni della stanza comode.

Cons:

Pulizia della stanza approssimativa, solo una asciugamani per il corpo e non anche una per il viso. Per le pulizie in mattinata è necessario richiederle altrimenti vengono solo lasciate le asciugami pulite davanti alla porta della stanza.
