I did not stay -It was unacceptable.

Nothing. I did not stay and I left after 10 minutes. I want a refund

I wrote to the hotel within 1 hour after I left with the following statement.
''Room LG2. We went to the above room at the Tudor Inn Hotel but found it unacceptable. The coffee cup was still dirty from the previous occupant and I am not sure if the rest of the room had been cleaned. But mainly the wall above the bed is damp and is flaking onto he bed. I requested another room even but the receptionist advised that there were no others even though the sign said there was. I returned the key and left the hotel. I will require a full refund. I will visit you tomorrow to arrange this or I can go via booking .com''

When I returned the following day I was told that the complaint would have to be investigated before they would process a refund. It now nearly one week and we have heard nothing from Tudor Inn Hotel/ Warwick House.

The hotel was when I would call as average I wouldn’t say it was value for money
Pros:

The Property was quite nice. He appeared to be very clean.

Cons:

The bedroom was extremely small as was the bathroom the other major problem with the bedroom was that there was no glass or disposable glass in the bathroom to rinse after you’ve cleaned your teeth in the morning

Comfortsble affordable and very helpful cleaning staff.
Pros:

Proximity to underground and rail station.

Cons:

My fault entirely. Didn’t realise the room was on the 3rd floor. The stairs were a killer.I should’ve requested ground floor room. Hey ho. The exercise was good.

Buena conexión connlos medios de transporte, tiendas cerca y restaurantes, nos recibio una sen̈ora y nosotros pensandonque habiamos llegado a la hora correcta y resulta que habia una diferencia de una hora, muy amable nos recibio las maletas, deje mi sombrero y un dulce en la recepción y me los llevaeon a la habitación, 10 de 10, lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados.

Sconsiglio questa struttura, in primis per la pulizia veramente pessima.
Pros:

La doccia era l’unica cosa accettabile, il resto tutto sporco e tenuto male.

Cons:

L’igiene era veramente pessima. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato capelli, macchie sulle lenzuola molto evidenti, muri sporchi, asciugamani bucati e sporchi. Polvere ovunque.

Malísimo, el personal del hotel se esforzó pero dejó mucho que desear

Cons:

El baño tenía olor a podrido. Yo pagué por 3 personas y a mi hija le dieron un sofá cama roto y sin hacer la cama y sin almohada. Mientras te bañabas pasaba de frío o caliente la presión. Te quedabas sin agua caliente en medio de la ducha xq no tienen recuperación rápida en el termotanque. Si te cobran por tres la comodidad tiene que ser para tres, el departamento no tenía aire donde dormía mi hija.
