Nice hotel, rude staff
Pros:

Great location and a comfortable room

Cons:

The guy working the front desk is exceedingly rude. I asked if I could store my bag and he first said yes, then said it would cost £5 and then when I said ok, he said it was cash only. It seemed like a scam to have to pay to store my bags when I’ve already paid to stay at the property.

I liked how modern the facilities were and the AC was great!

Cons:

The rooms were picked up and tided but the dust was a lot. Me and my friends kept sneezing.

Excellent Location, value for money if paying less than £100 per room. Good budget place.
Pros:

Location was excellent, close to river and Victoria station.

Cons:

Needs a little more attention to cleaning and ron set up. No hand towels, just one towel each.
Also check in details were not on original booking, you checkin across the street at another accommodation.

Felt very relaxed to stay here, great hit luxury shower and with abundance of coffee and tea supplies from the excellent
Pros:

Clean, quiet location off the main road, and very comfortable bed

Cons:

We are a fit 60 yr old couple so was able to climb the stairs to 3 rd floor but had to take time juggling narrow stairs with cases! We would still stayed here even if we had known about this

A decent hotel ruined by inconsiderate neighbours
Cons:

My only major problem with my stay was that there were some extremely noisy (American) neighbours in the property next door. They were partying and singing at the tops of their voices in the courtyard at the back of the property from 11:30pm until after 3:00am the following morning, and had no consideration for the surrounding properties. Given that I had a very early start at 4:00am, this meant I got almost no sleep, and made for a fairly unpleasant stay. Apart from that, the staff were polite and the room was very clean, but the one 240v power socket was not working at all.
