Was clean hood beds
It take for ever the check in there where no customers at front desk it was at least 30 minutes the check in I was tired in ready to sleep but the employees worked so slow seems like the don’t know what they should do

Excelente servicio y ubicación, el desayuno incluido es a la carta y tienes varias opciones para escoger, aparte tienen una barra muy completa con cereal, fruta, yogurt, pan, etc. por las tardes también tienes incluidas bebidas, nachos, hot dogs y botanas de cortesía.
El desayuno estaba muy rico y la alberca tenia el agua calientita.

La comida en muy rica, el lugar esta bien ubicado y es cómodo.
Pésima experiencia desde nuestra llegada. El personal de recepción, especialmente la señorita que nos atendió, fue extremadamente grosera y con una actitud muy poco profesional.
Al llegar, ni siquiera hubo un saludo cordial; únicamente nos recibió de mala manera con un “¿Tienen reservación?”. Le proporcionamos nuestros datos y, después de buscar entre varias hojas sin organización, decía que no encontraba nuestra reservación. Cuando finalmente la encontró, aseguró que no estaba pagada, aun cuando ya había sido prepagada.
A pesar de explicarle varias veces que el pago ya se había realizado, insistía de forma arrogante en que “no aparecía pagado”. Incluso cuando le ofrecí mostrarle la confirmación de la reservación, respondió de manera grosera que no la necesitaba porque en su sistema no aparecía.
Al final resultó que sí estaba pagada, pero nunca ofreció una disculpa por el mal trato ni por el inconveniente. Simplemente nos entregó la llave y de mala gana nos informó que no había alberca.
Definitivamente, una atención al cliente terrible y una experiencia muy desagradable desde el primer momento.
Muy cómodas las habitaciones y limpias, sobre todo el desayuno esta axelente, vale la pena el precio por noche, sin duda volvería a quedarme en el hotel

La alberca muy pequeña y al aire libre, la atención en los desayunos, faltaban vasos, el lugar para desayunar muy pequeño, mucho tiempo de espera, y solo huevos para el desayuno, la hora social muy pobre.
Excelente la obra social, los empleados muy amables.
Que la alberca estaba muy fría en la mañana, deberían estar prendidas las calderas para cuando abran la alberca
