Easy access to the beach. All the staff were very friendly. Clean rooms and the beds were super comfortable!

Cons:

Parking is very tight, and was a bit confusing upon arrival. Long wait lines at the front desk. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that there are not coffee makers in the rooms. You have to go down and order coffee in the lobby.

I knew before booking that this hotel had no coffee pot in the room, slow elevators, and construction next door. I was aware of all of that and honestly didn't care.
What I expected was something basic: daily room cleaning.
My room was not serviced, even though I did not put out a Do Not Disturb sign or decline housekeeping. I notified the front desk at 4:00 PM about the room not being cleaned. I came back at 5:45 PM, and the room was still not cleaned.
I can accept no coffee pot, slow elevators, and construction because I knew about them in advance. But daily housekeeping is a basic service I expect from a hotel.
This was the most disappointing part of my stay at Best Western Premier The Tides.

Cons:

The beach wasn't clear water. The rooms started on 4th floor so not really beachfront. You had to pay for parking and breakfast. We were already paying $400 a night

The property was at a great location. It’s clean and the pool area is nice. The rooms are okay, our tub and sink never drained properly.

Cons:

The elevators are extremely slow, and you need a card to go anywhere which if you are in a hurry with your hands full it was a pain to put everything down get a room key out and then proceed

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast area had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff eas very nice and professional.
Pros:

The cleanliness of our room was excellent. Patrick the bartender was awesome. We enjoyed visiting with him and he made excellent drinks.

Cons:

I would have liked a coffee pot in our room. I felt the cost was a little high since we had no view of the ocean. I felt like the breakfast buffet was a little high. It would be nice if senior discount was offered.
