My family and I stayed at Best Western Premier – The Tides from June 23–25, 2026, expecting an enjoyable beach vacation, but we were disappointed when the ocean-view room we paid for overlooked a construction site, our room was never serviced during our stay, and we had to request clean towels ourselves. During breakfast on June 24, we also experienced poor customer service, as we were repeatedly overlooked and had to ask multiple times for drinks and basic service while other guests were attended to promptly. Because these issues significantly affected our stay, I reported them to Best Western Customer Care (Case #39843) and am respectfully requesting a 50% refund of $470.50 from the $941.00 we paid.

Great area to get away from it all, we had a great time and loved the overall stay!
Pros:

Great Location, very comfortable room, nice beach access with a great pool area w/hot tub. The bed was awesome and even though we had an issue with the A/C shutting off, the maintenance guy had it fixed in minutes. Unbelievable lobby area, huge glass front window overlooking the beach. Great hotel and easy access to everything.

Cons:

For $14.50 I thought the breakfast could have been better, had to wait a while for buffet to be re-stocked. Even though the parking garage was nice, I never think you should have to pay $11.00/day parking at a hotel you're staying at. Also was disappointed there was no coffee machine in the room, it forced me to pay for coffee which is usually not the case at a hotel.
