If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.
Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.
For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.
A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows:

21st level fabulous night view over the north shore area
A little colourless could do with some art
It was close to Chatswood shops
The kitchen, utensils, and floor weren’t super clean. Had to wash everything to use, the gas stove was a bit dirty, and the floor made our socks brown. I also found a a curly hair in my bath towel before I used it.

Very spacious apartment with everything you need for an extended stay. Metres from trains, metro and buses makes getting around Sydney stress free.
Everything very clean, neat and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Some mould in the shower (in grout), otherwise it was very clean!
Staff was very helpful and generous enough ro extend my check out due to issues with their registration/bookings on their website. Bed and pillows were so user- friendly! Clean and crisp and the bed qas just the right firmness! Room was very clean and inviting. Location was perfect if going to spebd tine shopping and doing food crawl in Chatswood!
More soap and shampoo would be nice… disposable razor and toothbrush would be a nice addition.
