If you do not arrive by 23:00 local time on your arrival date without previously advising the property, your reservation will be canceled and the total cost of the accommodations will be charged.

Card payments:
Please note that there is a 1.66% charge when you pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay or JCB card.
All bedrooms (excluding studio & mini suites) have a king-zipped bed that can be split into 2 single beds.
Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher and empty the rubbish.
For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a Full Service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days.
A valid ID must match the credit, debit or EFTPOS card upon check in.

Please note that this property requires a credit, debit or EFTPOS card pre-authorization upon booking. Please ensure your card has sufficient funds to ensure your reservation is secure.

A bond is also required at check-in. The bond will be refunded upon departure. The bond amounts are as follows:
- Studio/Suites with 1 bedroom: Up to AU $100
- Suites with 2 bedrooms: Up to AU $200
- Suites with 3 bedrooms: Up to AU $400
- Penthouses: Up to AU $2000

New Year's Eve: Pre-payment for the night of 31 December will be required. You will receive an email from Meriton (within 2 business days) requesting for the payment, which will be required within 24 hours after receiving the email.

Quite disappointed with the cleaness of the room…
Pros:

Great location if you don’t need cars. Very close to the Chatswood train station.

Cons:

The room was not clean , tidy enough but we could still see dusts on the floor and tables, crumbs on the kitchen bench and tables… especially the cutleries and bowls, clearly not properly clean from previous visits.

I have always chosen the Meriton where ever I can. However this has been my absolute last time I book.

Whilst staff were very apologetic -our apartment was revoltingly grubby- everywhere we looked it just got worse.

I didn't like anything about my stay this time and felt embarrassed I had raved to my family about your hotel, only to find the facilities were definitely not worth even half of what we paid !

Pros:

We always find Chatswood Meriton wonderful! The beds are very comfortable, it is always so very clean. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It is so close to the train station. The pool is fantastic. Love the coffee! It was our second stay there in 4 weeks!

Cons:

Need smaller pillows for children. The dishwasher was poorly placed right behind the main door. Very difficult to operate the dishwasher for a wheelchair-bound person because of where it is.
