Pros:

チェックイン前に海水浴に行くのに近隣の駐車場が空いてなかったので、ホテルの駐車場に停めさせてもらえるか聞いたら、大丈夫との事で海水浴に行けました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

本館の大浴場を利用出来るとの事で楽しみにしてましたが、行ってみると、かなり混雑していてゆっくり入れなかった。朝も行く予定でしたが、また混んでいたら嫌だなと思い、利用しませんでした。

Run Down Annex of the (much nicer) Kaigetsukan.
Pros:

Good location. Right on the (pretty nice) beach, and with easy access to the restaurant area of Sumoto, which turned out to be a pretty cool little town with nice places to eat and drink. Staying here, you get access to the (much nicer) hotel right behind it, and the bath there is nice.

Cons:

What isn't clear from the description of this hotel is that Harbor Hotel Kaigetsu is essentially a run down annex of the much nicer Kaigetsukan right behind it. Turning up at Harbor Hotel Kaigetsu, a piece of paper stuck on the wall directs you to check in at the (proper) hotel behind. The map is unclear and must've been put together by someone with no sense of direction, colour or indeed smell. Once you find where you're to check in you're confronted by staff looking down their noses at you who reluctantly give you the keys and codes you'll need to get into the annex and then your room, which is situated in a building best suited to a depressing 70's Wernham Hogg team-building retreat.
This place is also wildly overpriced. That being said, there aren't many comparable options, and you do get to use the bath and shops of the much nicer hotel behind it.

お値段からいうと、こんな感じかな。
Pros:

ロケーションは、とても良かったです。
朝も海岸を散歩できました。

Cons:

ホテル内に人がいなくて、ちょっと薄暗く、女性一人だったので、部屋に入るまでが少し緊張しました。

Pros:

お盆シーズンで、急な予約でしたが2日連泊出来た事。

Cons:

室内のトイレが臭かった、設備が古いのは仕方ないですが、清潔感が感じられるのはベッド位でした。本当に残念でした…
料金も１泊、５０００円位なら納得できますかね！
私の個人的な感想です。
古いのはかまいませんが…清潔感出して下さい。

Cons:

１度従業員の方も泊まってみては？狭く汚い風呂不要では？トイレ狭すぎてタオル掛けで頭を打つ洗面所が狭すぎて歯を磨くのも苦痛、しかも鏡がないしコンセントすらない、この部屋のどこで化粧をしドライヤーをするの？従業員がいないのに非常口の説明がないのは、火災の時にどうなるの？

Pros:

オーシャンビューであること。

Cons:

せっかくの大浴場がメンテナンスされてない。お湯は直ぐ止まるし、シャワーも直ぐ止まる。洗面器一杯のゆを浴びるのもじかんがかかる。
