Very pleased with the hotel, staff, everything about it ,
Pros:

The hotel was the best I have stayed in , in Pattaya for the money, extremely clean, staff very helpful including during an emergency we had., loved everything about the hotel, and would highly recommend it

Cons:

perhaps a kettle in the room for coffee or tea although you could help yourself in reception .it wasnt always convenient.
