A vista salva muita coisa e só
Pros:

Da vista, da equipe do café da manhã, e do choffeur que sempre estava com boa atitude conosco.

Cons:

Do atendimento da recepção, sem empatia. A cama extra tambem muito dura ainda bem que era uma criança. O fato de não ter nada para beber para comer durante o dia, um absurdo dada a localização distante de comércio e restaurantes.

Perfect hotel to explore a perfect town.

Everything! What it offers, it does to a high standard.

Cons:

The steps leading down to the town!! However it’s also why the hotel had lovely views. I did wonder whether it would be possible install a swimming pool on the land behind the hotel. However as no hotels in Lerici seem to have a pool there must be a reason.

Accoglienza e professionalità
Pros:

La pulizia è davvero eccellente e mi ha colpito subito, dalle camere ai bagni comuni del piano terra...

La colazione al mattino ha un assortimento degno di una pasticceria di alta cucina e non parliamo delle proposte sul salato, tutto innovativo e straordinario. Prodotti di qualità anche per la frutta fresca.
Il personale sempre disponibile e gentile ti riserva sempre un sorriso ed è celere in ogni momento. Abbiamo fatto alcune richieste prima di partire che di primo riscontro non potevano essere accolte (le hanno motivate con garbo e professionalità), ma quando siamo arrivati, si sono prodigati in modo lodevole e ci hanno permesso di godere di una vacanza bellissima.
Una menzione particolare la vorrei fare ad Andrea (con cui scherzavamo sul fatto che diventassi il suo assistente di bordo) e a Claudio, i due autisti della navetta: siete delle bellissime persone e la vostre umiltà è un valore aggiunto veramente prezioso.

Cons:

Trovo un pochino esagerato il costo delle bevande del frigo bar (4 euro una bottiglietta di acqua o una lattina) ma comprendo che dietro ci siano dinamiche più complesse e non sarà certamente questa inizia a gettare ombra su una struttura di prestigio.

Die Lage und der Blick von der Terrasse. Der angebotene Shuttle Service ist prima. Besonderes hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Es ist außergewöhnlich schön angerichtet und abwechslungsreich.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel in Lerici. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and welcoming. The ocean view from the rooms with a bancony was amazing. Free shuttle with the hotel, but we chose to walk up and down the long path the the beach and town which was apx 700 steps on a steep incline.
