Staff was amazing, our group was very impressed with Lucas, very accommodating and responsive.
Pros:

Nuestra estadía fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, todo el equipo del hotel nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidas y fue increíblemente amable y atento.

Estábamos celebrando mi despedida de soltera y, aunque mis amigas habían solicitado una decoración especial con anticipación, el resultado superó por completo nuestras expectativas. Se nota el cariño, la creatividad y el cuidado que pusieron en cada detalle. Fue una sorpresa hermosa que hizo nuestra celebración aún más especial.

Además, el hotel es excelente: las habitaciones son cómodas, todo estaba impecable y la ubicación es muy conveniente para recorrer la ciudad.

Quiero agradecer especialmente a todo el personal por su calidez y dedicación. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente.

Pros:

Hotel excelente, super bem localizado. Localização estratégica, 15 minutos andando para o costanera center e para o cerro San Cristobal. Muito restaurantes e barzinhos nas proximidades. Café da manhã ótimo e completo. Ficamos em um quarto com vista para o teleférico.

Bem localizado. Quarto espaçoso. Qualidade do café da manhã ok.

Cons:

Pedimos andar superior e vista da cordillera e mesmo sem estar lotado nos deram um quarto no piso inferior e de frente para a avenida barulhenta. O exaustor do banheiro quarto não funcionava, mesmo depois de pedirmos manutenção. A entrada do estacionamiento é bem estreita. SPA caro e nada demais. Cobertor estava sujo.
