The breakfast was excellent and the staff were superb. They helped with all our enquiries and were really friendly. The location was perfect for what we needed, close to the parks and restaurants.

Cons:

Our bed had a problem the first night but the staff fixed it immediately.

Hotel ubicado en un barrio tranquilo. Habitación espaciosa y cama muy cómoda. Instalaciones acogedoras. Nos recibieron sin ningún problema compras que hicimos por internet. Personal de recepción amable.

Cons:

Si bien tenían una cafetera Lavazza en la habitación, sólo dejaron cápsulas de cortesía para el primer día, si bien se podían comprar en el establecimiento por 2.000 pesos chilenos c/u. No disponían de pava elécrica en la habitación.

Excelente localização e excelente atendimento. Pessoas muito cordiais.

O café da manhã é bem fresco apesar de não ter muita variedade.

Cons:

Meu quarto não tinha escrivaninha nem cadeira. Isso me fez um pouco de falta. Entretanto, é possível usar as mesas e cadeiras do bar e restaurante.

Amamos absolutamente tudo no Hotel!! Quarto gigante, cama extremamente macia, chuveiro perfeito, café da manhã sensacional… nos apaixonamos, foi triste de verdade ter que ir embora!!! rs

A única coisa ruim eh que não conseguia usar o secador que levei, acredito que pela potência.. quando ligava ele caía o disjuntor do quarto e desligava alguns aparelhos do quarto… e não teve jeito, tive que usar o do hotel que não era tão potente. E providencia é um bairro bem grande, então como temos preguiça de andar a pé, acabamos gastando um pouco mais de Uber e cabify… mas nada que não nos faça voltar ao Ladera na próxima vez!!
