Pros:

Excelente localização e excelente atendimento. Pessoas muito cordiais.

O café da manhã é bem fresco apesar de não ter muita variedade.

Cons:

Meu quarto não tinha escrivaninha nem cadeira. Isso me fez um pouco de falta. Entretanto, é possível usar as mesas e cadeiras do bar e restaurante.

Amamos absolutamente tudo no Hotel!! Quarto gigante, cama extremamente macia, chuveiro perfeito, café da manhã sensacional… nos apaixonamos, foi triste de verdade ter que ir embora!!! rs

A única coisa ruim eh que não conseguia usar o secador que levei, acredito que pela potência.. quando ligava ele caía o disjuntor do quarto e desligava alguns aparelhos do quarto… e não teve jeito, tive que usar o do hotel que não era tão potente. E providencia é um bairro bem grande, então como temos preguiça de andar a pé, acabamos gastando um pouco mais de Uber e cabify… mas nada que não nos faça voltar ao Ladera na próxima vez!!

Cómodo y muy buenas instalaciones.
Pros:

El desayuno es muy bueno y muy completo. Las instalaciones son nuevas y tienen buen diseño.

Cons:

La conexión de internet no es buena. El personal que atiende en frontdesk creo que no tiene el entrenamiento o la experiencia para un hotel de cierta categoría cómo es Ladera. Tampoco tenían una buena actitud frente a pedidos que hacíamos respecto del servicio.
