To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. La habitacion excelente, nada que decir en verdad. Rica, cama grande. Habia calefaccion, tenia una television buena. El unico detalle, es que un dia salí a las 15.30 de la pieza y me dijeron que era muy tarde para realizar la limpieza de la habitacion.
Desayuno:
Con lo justo y necesario, simple, no mucha variedad. Habia fruta, pancito, algun pastelito, jamon, queso, salame todos los dias, opcion de yogurt con frutos secos y cerales, y cafe. Lo bueno es que podias pedir un omelette, o huevos recien hechos.
Piscina: Hacia frio, ni la vi.
Personal: Muy amable todos, y resolvieron todas mis dudas.
Definitivamente volveria a ir. Precio - Calidad 10/10
Asi como ponerme ambiciosa, que me hubiesen hecho la pieza a cualquier hora, y un poco de mas variedad en el desayuno.

Quando chegamos ao hotel perguntamos sobre a possibilidade de checkin antecipado, mas queriam cobrar praticamente uma diária a mais por 2hrs de antecipado
Mas guardaram a bagagem até que o quarto estivesse pronto
Quarto confortável, café da manhã bom, localização perfeita, funcionários educados.
Piscina gelada e suja, sem manutenção. Internet péssima, não funcionava no 5 andar junto com a TV que precisava de internet para assistir qualquer coisa.

El desayuno bufett ( un hotel de 3 estrellas tiene más opciones ) y este es de 4 estrellas, el señor encargado del buffet del día domingo ( nada empatico, solo era la única persona desayunando , nunca retiró los platos nada de amabilidad ) creo que está aburrido de su trabajo :)

Lo elegí por el Spa y no estaba incluido. Había que pagar aparte 40.000 y no los valía. Era chico y no estaba listo para usar.

A localização, o café da manhã e o atendimento dos atendentes do hotel.
Amplia habitación, moderna y bien equipada, cama super confortable y grande. La calefacción e iluminación estuvo perfecta, no molesta el ruido de la calle para nada. Cercano al Costanera Center y un entorno seguro y tranquilo. Desayuno bien! personal super atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte. Estacionamiento fácil .
Una noche no nos hicieron el aseo de la habitación. Se rompió el acceso de llave digital a la habitación pero nos ayudaron en todo momento a solucionarlo.
La ubicación excelente,el servicio de limpieza también muy bueno muy atentas las personas de la limpieza,la cama cómoda y muy buen aire en el cuarto,también muy amable el señor q me atendió en la recepción la primera noche que llegué,muy atento el señor,fue hasta la habitación a ayudarnos con el internet.
No me gustó la atención en el desayuno,las muchachas del desayuno muy amables aunque no todos eran así.
